In Episode 44 we you heard Lindsay tell her story followed by Brandi and Tina discussing some of the highlights. One of the themes extracted was the idea of what we're now calling the "Improvement Season." Most people consider the time between competitions, regardless of sport, the time to  get bigger, faster or stronger; focusing on the physical aspects of improvement. In this episode we are challenging everyone to view this as time to improve on much more than your physical. In order to truly consider yourself an athlete, in sport or in life, you must always be searching for ways to grow mentally as well as physically.

We also take some time to discuss accountability and coaching and how these play into becoming the very best you can be. Whether you consider yourself an athlete or just want to improve yourself, there's a little something in this episode for everyone.
