In Episode 48, Brandi and Tina discussed some of their own stress and feelings of being burned out. This week we bring you a discussion of HOW to start to end those eternally burned out feelings and how to break the stress cycle in their review of the book "Burnout - The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle" written by Emily and Amelia Nagoski.

This groundbreaking book explains why women experience burnout differently than men—and provides a simple, science-based plan to help women minimize stress, manage emotions, and live a more joyful life.  Burnout. Many women in America have experienced it. What’s expected of women and what it’s really like to be a woman in today’s world are two very different things—and women exhaust themselves trying to close the gap between them.

In this week's episode we'll tell you how we implement many of the book's strategies for ourselves and how we coach clients to help them break their own stress cycles.
