بدأت رحلتها من ألم في الظهر… واكتشفت من خلاله طريق غيّر نظرتها للحياة.
تاي تشي، هذا الفن الصيني اللي يجمع بين الحركة والوعي، صار أسلوبها في الشفاء، وبعدين صار رسالتها.
واليوم، هي من المراجع الأولى في تدريب التاي تشي، ليس للناس فقط ممن يبحثون عن التوازن، لكن حتى لتدريب مدربين معتمدين ينشرون الوعي بأسلوب الحياة الصحي الواعي.
