Crazy, but he eventually decided to dial in on wholesaling and is now rapidly adding members to his acquisition team. He just moved to Florida but is currently racking up a lot of transactions and buying in multiple markets. Jake shares some easy-to-use tips for getting into the most conversations you possibly can.
