I found myself, recently, in a conversation with a guy about scotch. The different types, how they taste and I was probing to see if we had a similar palate. I was recently gifted a bottle of Dalmore 12 year for my birthday and was looking for a conversation to match the malt.

When I started to drill down into the vault of Mitch’s life he was very giving with the details, the meaning, and the method he used to go from a drug-addicted band member with budding leadership skills to becoming a two-time nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year, a seasoned multi-company founder with two exits and hundreds of past clients.
