Moms this one is for you or anyone that is going through a transition season. In this episode I talk about how we really lose our spark in motherhood, marriage, and when others judge who we are. Judgement from others is the biggest reason many of us dim our light and shut that spark down, but motherhood changes us in so many ways as well.
The beauty in it though is this:
We can ALWAYS find our spark again. It might not look the same, but that's because it's not meant to. The version of who we used to be is not the version that we're meant to be. It's all about letting go of people, places, and things that no longer serve the version of ourselves that we want to become.
