- The importance of actively listening to the other person or carefully reading a text message during a conversation in order to understand correctly what the other person is trying to say and not jump into mistaken conclusions
- Jacqui strongly believes that whenever possible, it’s best to have verbal communication over phone or voice message because it’s much more intimate and understandable than having a simple text conversation.
- Because of technology, Jacqui believes that most conversations are held over text messages or emails, and deeper face-to-face conversations are lacking.
- Trusting in your own abilities, talents and believing in yourself should encourage you to take chances and not holding back because of fear anymore.
