Are you making the most of your life by your own definition?
In this episode, dedicated to both my grandmother and my partner’s dad, I’m sharing 14 reflections on my 35th birthday on life and grief.
It’s so strange to experience death and life at the same time, but experiencing the death of someone close to you can remind you how short life is and how important it is to make the most of it.
It’s so common to find ourselves living by other people’s rules and letting them tell us what is right or wrong, but how often do you stop to ask yourself what your own rules are? What you value and want for your life is more important than anyone else’s opinion. I hope this episode helps you get back to that.
Tune in to hear my reflections on life and grief.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
