Do two years of a pandemic have you feeling burnt out?
I know that I’ve been feeling burnt out, and I’ve also had to grieve the loss of someone close to me during the pandemic, which I know so many of you have too. The loss of a loved one often causes us to realign and reevaluate what’s really important in life, so let’s do a little bit of that realigning and reevaluating together.
In this episode, my guest, Tricia Chinnici, and I are getting real and raw. We’re sharing our experiences with grief as well as burnout, transitions, and seasons of life. Grief and burnout don’t come with handbooks on how to deal with them, so we want to share some of what we’ve learned with the hope that it could help you too.
Tricia Chinnici is a coach for sensitive and creative small business owners, and also the host of the podcast "It's Not Business, It's Personal." She was a creative director for 7 years before deciding to lean into her Highly Sensitive superpowers and leave the burnout behind. Now as a successful business coach, her goal is to flip the script on how we talk about business by removing the toxic hustle culture and one-size-fits-all mentality and adding more focus on creativity, fulfillment, authenticity, empathy, and mental health. As an artist, HSP, and Enneagram 4 she truly believes that you don't have to change who you are to be successful and that your business should work for *you.*
If you’re struggling to get through your grief or burnout, this is for you.

Medal of Honor: Stories of Courage
Rewarded for bravery that goes above and beyond the call of duty, the Medal of Honor is the United States’ top military decoration. The stories we tell are about the heroes who have distinguished themselves by acts of heroism and courage that have saved lives. From Judith Resnik, the second woman in space, to Daniel Daly, one of only 19 people to have received the Medal of Honor twice, these are stories about those who have done the improbable and unexpected, who have sacrificed something in the name of something much bigger than themselves. Every Wednesday on Medal of Honor, uncover what their experiences tell us about the nature of sacrifice, why people put their lives in danger for others, and what happens after you’ve become a hero. Special thanks to series creator Dan McGinn, to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and Adam Plumpton. Medal of Honor begins on May 28.
