We head back across the pond to UK interventional cardiologist, Youtuber and comedian, Dr Rohin Francis. His YouTube channel is called Medlife Crisis. Rohin makes videos on medical topics that don’t get covered elsewhere and/or with more scientific rigor than Goop! He breaks it down to make it understandable and he crams in a lot of jokes! We talk about science, jokes and trying to find balance. Is that a thing?

Find Dr Rohin Franci...

Dr Matt Asciutto is a veterinarian, podcaster, musician, improvisor, educator, Dad and visionary that we had the pleasure of talking to on this episode. He has maintained a fine balance of science, medicine, music and comedy throughout his life and he has carved his own path. Matt didn’t get the memo that veterinary medicine is hard to get into and hard in general, and he has a refreshing attitude towards the profesh. Prior to vete...

She has been a primary care veterinarian in the UK for 19 years, and she recently has made a shift into mobile veterinary palliative and end-of-life care. In this episode, Sarah talks to Kelli Dunham, who is a nurse, comedian, author, LGBTQ+ leader, educator, performer, author, caregiver, and storyteller, and maybe I’m missing something because she is so many things! However, despite outward appearances, she is not a gym teacher or a 12-year-old boy. Kelli was also an aspiring nun at one point, but her “insufficient docility” made this career choice a bad fit. I guess they call it a ...

Season one of Comedicine has wrapped and it was so much fun!! If you have been listening to Comedicine, you will know that the last question we ask every distinguished guest on the show is to personally invite Dr Ken Jeong to be a guest on Comedicine. Ken Jeong is the ultimate Comedicine guest! Have we heard from Ken? No, not yet, but I’m sure it is just a matter of time until Ken finds out about this podcast and his people call my...

Our guest this week needs no introduction because it’s me. It’s Sarah. I’m the guest. In our last episode of season one, Dr Vien Phommachanh (The Comic Doc) our friend and guest from episode 2, returns to host with Dr Sarah Boston as his guest. Why did we do this? Well mostly because last time Sarah and Vien talked, Vien had a lot of questions that Sarah refused to answer (because rules) and Vien said he’d love to come back as host...
