Then Tim Sample joins us to talk about his start in humor as a seven-year-old, performing memorized comedic songs and routines at cocktail parties. Tim produced his first comedy album 42 years ago and toured with Marshall Dodge. He puts on a storytelling showcase, sharing lessons and secrets he has learned during his illustrious career, including various albums, books, theater tours, and the CBS News Sunday Morning television show.
