Connor Emeny is a triathlete who competes in the Ironman distance. Conner is the youngest person on Earth to have completed an Ironman on 6 continents. He is currently planning an expedition in Antarctica for January 2024 that would make him the only person in history to have completed an Iron distanced triathlon on all 7 continents.
