In our final BatMarch episode, the guys discuss Batman: White Knight.
Batman: White Knight is an eight-issue limited series published by DC Comics and written and illustrated by Sean Murphy. It began monthly publication in October 2017 and concluded in May 2018. In the series, the Joker is seemingly cured of his madness and sets out to become a politician under his real name of Jack Napier, seeking to change his public image as a "villain" and save Gotham City from Batman, whom he views as the real enemy of the city.
But first who are the guys going to Hell to save? Is this a good Elseworlds tale? How many Pescis does Jake drop off the grip? Does it feel like the Batman movies are canon to this comic? Is Jack Napier the AOC of this comic? Who is Neo Joker? In what way does this comic force fans to ask questions and analyze Batman? Is this a vehicle heavy comic? What is Bruce and Harley’s relationship like? How does this book pay homage to all of Batman’s history and rogues? Find out the answers to this and more on the newest episode of Comics and Chronic!
