Episode 7: Self-love meditation

As my Valentine's Day gift to you, today, we are going to be doing a very special meditation for self-love. 

We spend most of our life giving and showing love to others.

But do you know how to show yourself that same kindness? 

The intention of today’s self-love meditation is to shower yourself with love. Without conditions. Without limits. And with an immense amount of grace and tenderness.

You are an amazing woman of light. Just the way you are right now.

You do not need to be anything more or do anything more to be worthy of your love.

You simply must receive the love you deserve.
