This week Alison Tarka tells us all about the Enneagram! The Enneagram is a system of self exploration and self understanding, and I found it to be exceptionally accurate once I figured out my type!
Alison lives with her husband and their 3 kids in Portland, Oregon. She has been a lifestyle habit coach since 2015 and has since integrated the Enneagram into her practice. Alison serves clients privately - helping them clarify their own Enneagram Type and developing within their Type - thus enhancing their personal growth and relationships while becoming more balanced and resourceful along the way! In her free time, she loves time with friends, volunteering, exercising outdoors all times of the year, playing her violin, gardening and exploring the city!
