More years hard to imagine because it's pretty.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Also, thank you guys fans for voting for the podcast
towards And you know we on our last show we
asked like, who could come out and maybe kind of
help us compete with she must not be named.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Well, we cannot do that. We have to tell them
what happened. This is what happened. It's the week of
voting for best podcast out there, this sports podcast, this
Live coming in and the Kelsey's brothers.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Do I have to say who they are?

Speaker 2 (01:31):
They brought Taylor Swift on theirs the week of voting,
all right, and we think it was planned. So we
exed ourselves, who is the ultimate Commanders fan that we
can bring on to compete with what they did with
Taylor Swift?

Speaker 3 (01:45):
And here go a couple of names. Tell them a
couple of names.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Kevin Durant, which we said, so that feels kind of
like it's cheating a little.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
No, Kevin Durant is a Homer. Yes, we can do
Kevin Durant.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
And then Obama, Yes, McConaughey, Chappelle, Chappelle, most definitely Chapel,
Martin Ry mar Ryan said he's from Ohio though, but
he raps d how does that work? He's Washington? Okay, Martin.
And then Sidney Sweeney was another one people recommended. Yeah
is she an actress? I don't know who that is. Yeah,

(02:14):
but you forgot Dale Junior, you said Dale j Junior, right,
Jeffrey right right, yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
J.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Yeah, those would be great. Those are get on And
we could have got those people for this show, but
we didn't.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Yeah, we got we got super fan Brad.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yes, because Brad, how are you doing good?

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Doing good?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Let's go? Yeah, there we go. Thanks Brad for coming out.
Appreciate you. And so now we're gonna get into our
show and basically gonna sat off for the first segment.
And it's rules for winning for a winning season this year? Okay, Fred,
do you understand what that is? He's winning a lot
of games, right, Yeah, do we know about that? Yeah?
Did you have a winning season when you were here Washington?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yeah, we have many winning season but it was this
mediocre in the middle.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
We had a couple of you know, said.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Mini, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
I heard him say, Man, we had a couple of
we had a few Yeah, we we we went into
the playoffs, but we wasn't like they was last year.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
Like it's a different between you.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
Missed that opportunity and the whole five team was similar
to how things transported last year. It's just that game
that we played in Seattle was kind of like if
Carlos Rogers get that interception earlier, you know, it'd be
a different story.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
So yeah, you just talked about that a lot, poor
Colors Rogers.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Well, you know, if I wouldn't have left, then we
went to drafted, So I blame that on me.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
How far did you make it in the playoffs?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Talking about me the first round in twenty twelve?

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Yeah it was Dodgy three yea, Yeah, it's the deepest.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
That's the deepest, man.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
You know.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
I had a really funny story with not funny but
kind of interesting, Like Mike Shannon, do you remember you
did this? You kind of got up in front of
the team and said, hey, who's been to a divisional
playoff round?

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Yeah, I told everybody, and everybody said, you know, like,
who's who's been NFL roster? Who made a divisional? Like
half the people sat down, Yeah, who's made the NFC?
You know, and I went down, and then who won
the Super Bowls?

Speaker 3 (04:01):
It just him.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
He was the only one standing up in a room
full of ninety people, probably twenty coaches.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Yeah, they just show you how hard it is, what
I'm saying, not just to get to the playoffs, but
to continuously get to the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yeah. And so let's talk about what we think for
this year to get this team back to the playoffs,
super Bowl aspirations, all those kind of things. I'm just winning.
I'm gonna start it off. Yeah, go ahead. Number one
thing for me, Number one at the top of the
list is stay healthy, healthy.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
But that's such a nominee, that's such it ain't nothing
out control. But tell me that's not true though, And
we can say this last year we was unnormally lucky
in the department. Like you look at the Detroit team filliport,
look at the San Francisco for the nine, Like, the
deeper you go, I think, the better chance you got
to somebody getting hurt.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
And that's why it's so.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Important for these preseason games, because it's about the fifty
third person on the roster at one point, some second screen,
third screen guys gonna start some games for us this year.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
Yeah, but I also do think too, like you got
to think about it, last year and the year before
was a better year two for us when it comes
to injuries, because if you think about the prior regime
right before run those guys was dealing with a lot.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Of different kind of injoptians.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
Yeah, and then like Ron last year and then then
then last year was the two years in a row
that we had where we had kind of I gave
him to say, a little luck, you know what.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
I mean, look on outside.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
So that's one of those things though, if you have
a healthy team, you have a chance to go far. Yeah,
but we saw Detroit have a they was unlucky in
that category and they still went far.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
But I think that's one of the reasons why Dan
is so conscientious of how he loads training camp, how
he manages guys in the week. You see older players
come here and have take care of the guys certain
and so I think that's one of the reasons why
that's such a priority. Number two for me is protect
this man at all costs. Does anyone have any I
do who I'm talking about? Yeah, I got it five right?

(05:45):
Who said that JD five shirt?

Speaker 2 (05:47):
And sign the force supposed to play out five, Yes, sir,
but you do that with five secret servicemen.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
And I called him the divine swine. Dude.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
You love that, I really do like because the last
time we was great. We had them hogs and now
we got them wild boards.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
I think Tunsul is a great officer to put in
front of them, especially on the left side. When you're
looking for a secret serviceman. I can't wait to secret
serviceman cosme get back to do his job at a
high level. Beyond it, one of the best secret service.
I can see him sitting right now with that thing,
and it is. That's what's going on at the front.

(06:26):
So I think we went and we reinforced. After that
game in Philly, we said we need to go draft
the first round.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
We did. We moved Cod into Gord. We did.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Then you got alligratted, you got other guys that just
started in this league with Wiley. Now you got a
seven man you got a seven man game right there.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
I think we got the guys to get that done. Now.

Speaker 5 (06:44):
I think one of the things that's staying out too,
more so than anything, is having depth there, you know
what I mean? Yeah, great point of having guys that
we know that you know, when a guy like cost
me down, we can actually use a guy like Wiley,
you know, now come move in that position. And then
I mean that to me right there is it's hard
to find in this league.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
It is.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
I've been on a lot of teams where you lose.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
A guy, you're done, you know what I mean, You're
not going to find a better replacement. So, uh, that's
that's what stand out to me more so than anything.
And that's where you see having a guy like Ap
stands out, you know what I mean, being able to
go out there and make sure that we have enough
guys on our team and certain groups of you know,
certain certain position groups that we can say, you know what,
we don't have to dig, We don't have to go
reaching or go searching for somebody to come in and

(07:25):
feel it might.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Be eight Chris Paul, it's some guys, some dudes.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Dudes. Well, it's funny, Tenny, you said, well, it's really
hard to stay healthy. But I think you know, AP's
done a good job of mitigating some of that risks
or some of this depth. And again, if Jaydon Daniels
is healthy, like I think he elevates everybody, everybody to
take everybody's defense. Offensive line, receivers, running backs.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
We've seen this year out the year. We've seen Tom
Brady go out there with uh just dudes. We've seen
pay Manning take some guys stuff to the next level.
A great quarterback can make a okay receiver a good receiver.
You can make a good receiver a great receivers because
they take things to another level. It's a defensive player.
When we go in with a quarterback that can even

(08:08):
the field, we have to play. We have to play
some honest defense there. It can't be leaning in the
one side and stuff like that because the quarterback is
too good.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
And don't forget our quarterback. Also with precision passing.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
He got legs. He got legs and that changes everything absolutely.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
So obviously protect Jaden stay healthy. And then wax On,
wax Off, you had a guest, Fred, what do I
mean by that?

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Mister me? I, miss.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Meg, what are you what? You trying to get him?

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Doing?

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Preparation, trying to get prepared in the work, preparation.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
I used to do that in my rooms.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
You know I did no less did what did the
wax On see I keep forgetting how young you are
me and Santanna was doing it.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
But I ain't do no wax on, So don't allow me.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Don't allow on me because this is what I did.

Speaker 5 (08:54):
I just I just watched the movie. I just I
enjoyed the movie. I didn't do I didn't do wax on.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
The way I'll tell you this Karate Kid was trying
to figure out why mister Miyagi was trying to get
him to do this because he felt like they had
nothing to do with karate, but he was actually getting
him ready. It's more of the hand vision in the
footwork he was trying to tell him. Is the lift
things about karate.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
It's like a two lost in Karate Kid, which is
a great film, but it's about doing the hard things
at making. And I will say one thing about this
coaching staff that really sticks out of me is they
do a great job of developing talent, just like mister
Magi did. Right. You got guys like Kenlock coming in
from the Jets, always how's he going to be? And
Bro has looked out standing, and I credit coaching. He's

(09:34):
a muster. Darryl Tabb, Bryan Kergan that influence on him right.
So I think having coaches that can get you better,
and again guys that are willing to kind of stay
out after you know, they have that period after practice
where it's like what do they call that, like development
where it's like you guys stay, it's player led. Like
to me, that's it's about improving, getting better, doing the
hard stuff to get better.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
No, that's about sharing information, like sharing your standpoal.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
Did you ever do that? Do you guys ever do that?
I can do that. We did it. We did it
a lot.

Speaker 5 (09:58):
But I think when you watch these guys just just
just last year long when we first started watching this,
I guess you can say this new regime, you saw
them doing the things that we didn't see the other regime.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
This small things.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
Tech technique sound like you know, the little things. I mean,
like you know, going back over football one on one,
you know what I'm saying, Like you really you really.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
See see a team.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
And it's crazy because even in our craft, when you
play for a long time and you say, okay, what
do you doing? You know off season is one of
the off season where you're gonna work out. You'rena, You're
gonna go out there and work out. You kind of
tell yourself, I don't need to go over that because
I've done. I know that I haven't done, but this
staff say no, no, go over it again. And that's
why when you see us go out there and perform,
you're not surprised because they practiced that. They put the

(10:43):
reps in, and when you're putting the reps in, it's
contagious to go out there and you see it display
every each and every Sunday.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
I think it's kind of building the play up.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
Like like you said, they want us to come ready,
back away, ready, but now it's still ingredients.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
You got to add to that to make it taste good.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Yeah, absolutely so, tain I got the next one. You're
ready for it? Say it's a tough one. Bring home
the bacon my name that divide wine, because like, what
did they do this offseason? They got bigger, They got
big man. Will big bacon gets me real big. Yeah,
I'll tell you that way.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Ken law a big dude, d trich Wise, LARRYN. Tumps's
big dude. We brought guys in here so we can
win on first down on both sides of the ball.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
We want to win on first down on the run.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Game when it comes to the offense and defensively, we
want to win on first down, so we earn the
right to rush the passion on third down. Just the
way this team is built is built in the trenches.
And that's how the Philadelphia Eagles, I don't like to
say that name. All I'm saying is that's how they
built and we understood the mission after playing them.

Speaker 5 (11:43):
No, it's being intentional to it's being you know, being
a team that's saying I know where we need to go.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
I know, I know what my focus is on. You
know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
I have to go out there and get the players
that's gonna fit the voids or fill the voice that
we have that's left or we didn't have in the
first place. And that's what I love about it because
so many years think about it, Fred, we don't play
on a lot of those teams where we brought in
guys that they asking they was good in the.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Four to three, but we played three four over here.

Speaker 3 (12:07):
Yeah, so why we got this guy?

Speaker 1 (12:09):
He had a name, he had a name.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah, So trust me, I bro one of them guys, Like, why.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
The hell.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
I watched on the ground I'm running past, not like
you're gonna get up.

Speaker 5 (12:22):
And I'll never forget that game in Detroit when that
dude laid down and we were losing.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
And he ran back on the field like what are
you doing?

Speaker 3 (12:31):
Like it happens.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
But this this is the oldest, the new US. We're
getting guys that fit and we're not going out. We
don't have to go over doing it bingo.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Yeah, and identifying weaknesses too. I think it's another thing
that you bet it. We had our time stopping the run,
we had our time protecting with five man, so let's
go get better in both those groups. I think that's
a big deal, all right, Next one, Yeah, so this
is number five. Friend.

Speaker 6 (12:52):
Ye have kingmakers, keenmakers you think I mean by that,
people who put people in position to be king, not
the king himself, with the hand of the king weron.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
So it's coaching. Yeah. I look at Joey Jr. Yeah.
I look at Cliff Kingsbury. Yeah, and every week I
watched him like, man, he's doing some really Cliff specifically,
he's doing some really smart stuff offensively to maximize Jane Daniels.
So even though Jane Daniels wearing the crown right now,
Prince Cliff is the guys that's kind of heem cultivating
it for him. You know, like, what the what was
that guy in Game of Thrones, the king which one

(13:25):
little finger? Yeah, pulling all those strings, right.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Yeah, that's what he one started everything.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
He's started everything will since I've seen that, you know,
I think what stands out to me.

Speaker 5 (13:36):
I mean, you could talk about the guys like Joe
Witt Junior and Cliff, but think about when we watched
them scrimmage a while back and they had to they
actually split the teams up and say, Okay, we're gonna
get two other guys up here and see what you see?

Speaker 3 (13:51):
See how good are you.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Being in that role? You know?

Speaker 5 (13:54):
And that's something that dan Quinn spoke on earlier when
he first came here, talking about just getting the other
guys that he's bringing in coaches that can basically fill
in for the for the next coach if it's coach
coach so well that.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
He gets a head coaching job, you know what I mean.
He said, he's not gonna get caught off guard like that.
No more so so.

Speaker 5 (14:10):
So you talk talking about king Makers, You're not just
talking about two guys. You're talking about a group of guys.
All these guys can feel that void and beat those
You know, my keam maker coach is the special teams coach.
That's the keem maker. Because Jim Marie just went to
the Pro Bowl and was all pro.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Now you might get a chance to get some snaps
on defense king making. All right, I got Tyler horns
and risk of those guys king making. They might not
be the guy that y'all picked because they ain't. Everybody
ain't rocking their jersey in the stands. But you know,
like I know, special teams make the team go round.
It's the heart beat of the team. So I gotta
put it in coach Iszo's hand and say he is

(14:50):
doing the king making.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
Yeah, that's kind of like a sneaky good one now
that you say it right, Reves is now.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Because he got to touch everybody offense, defense and kick it.

Speaker 5 (14:58):
But honestly, think revote your is wired that way.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
But then you go this way.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
I don't like the wired that way. But but I'm saying,
he still still coaching here, they coaching.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
I got you, brother, I got you. So my last
one is use your superpowers. Let again use your superpowers.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
You think about superpowers.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Now, you got to talk to me a little more
on that one. So when I say, like, you know,
sometimes you've been in systems, right, it's like, hey, Tan,
you're just gonna play out. So you're just gonna do
what you don't don't maybe, But like Jane Daniels, we're
not gonna make your pocket paw. You're gonna let you run.
We're gonna let you do your thing right.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
We're gonna let you Let's let's let's speak to the
player's skills. Yes, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (15:40):
You got superpower, super we do it well, we do
it well. That's think about it using our super powers.
Got Diami Dimmy Brown paid last year pay this year, brother,
I mean keepmaker.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
This guy was on the kids.

Speaker 5 (15:55):
We had him a few years prior and couldn't get it,
couldn't get it of them. The last year we gave
him the slip screen to say, damn, we found a
new player, you know what I mean. So just showing
giving guys a role and saying that we're not going
to confie you to one role. We're gonna allow you
to be great at what you do best. Yeah, you
understand and that's some of the things that I'm pretty.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Sure we was all on those shoes. Excuse me.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
I remember telling coaches of course, like what you want
tell him, I'm gonna send you deep, Coach, I don't
want to go deep. Give me the ball right now.
And a lot of coaches are not equipped to do that.

Speaker 5 (16:26):
They feel like, hey, this is my playbook, this is
what I want you to do. You got to do it.
So I love the fact that Dan Quinn, Joett, Junior,
Cliff Kingsburg. They come in this system and say, look,
we want to get all these guys that special, whatever
you special at, We're gonna so so smooth. You you
a special guy talking trash. You want to let you
just talk trash, go mess with the fans all day,

(16:48):
let me lose. Look they think about it. A guy
like Baits. Yeah, we've been waiting for Baits to arrive.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
He's a arrived.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
But he's doing something that he done that that that
he would them pauls on. He can go out there
and block and be a great block, and that that
builds its confidence to go out there and catch passes.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
So no, that's you did. I love that dud. The
Muni brings the best out of you. Ye, thank you.
Just good vibes and good time. You know what I'm saying, right,
Ryan gets it? Yep, here we go, super Fan Brad,
of those six, what do you think is the most important?

Speaker 4 (17:26):
If we stay healthy, we're gonna win the Super Bowl?

Speaker 1 (17:28):
I think.

Speaker 5 (17:29):
I mean this puts, I like that, I like that.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Bread and I like that one because I wrote that one.
So thank you, Brad, appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
All right.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
So now we're gonna do some command libs, all right,
and you guys on ad lib or mad libs if
you anyone know that li mad lib lips. It's kind
of a loose, loose recognition of man. So what we're
gonna do is gonna take three. We're gonna take players, names, adjectives,
are gonna put them in a paragraph and then we're
gonna read the paragraph afterwards and we'll talk about it. Okay,

(18:00):
So why don't you give me a defensive player? Fred? Yeah,
who you got? I got? Frankie Louv Okay, Frankie Louvu?
Who you got? I got? Kawan Martin? Okay? And super
fan Brad, who do you have?

Speaker 4 (18:10):
Mike Sarin? Still?

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Okay? So now I don't know, man, I gotta, I gotta,
I gotta, I gotta pick it. So Frankie Luvu woos yours,
Kawan Martin, Kwan Martin, and Mike Sanders still right, So
I'm gonna pick this one. Yeah, Mike Standers still will
be a problem for opposing defenses. This you leave. That's
that's the lib I approve. I approve that. I mean,

(18:33):
I think he I think of all the guys, I
approve it the best ball skills of trading Camp so far,
playing the nickel, fitting the runs six y receive. I mean,
tell me I'm wrong. I wish I could because Frankie Louvu,
though he do a lot, so you'd like to see
his name in there.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
I like to say will because Frankie Louvu playing all right,
he's already gonna be.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Is he gonna be more impactful than Mike sandersol this year?

Speaker 3 (18:58):
I think he has a chain to be.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Now he go think where Mikey got a chance to
be because Mikey got to.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
Cover and do a little bit with with Frankly w
do and the ball. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
So all I'm saying is I wouldn't be shocked if
both of those guys went to the Pro Bowl next year.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
That the great I say, that's the great Elas.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
But you know what's crazy, though, is I probably would
have gotten Kwan Martin next. Yeah. No, I think Kuan
rated the burst right now. He rated the burst. Kwan
ready to jump off the charts. So you're excited about
the youth, that's what you're excited about. Well, you know,
I like Frank as much as the next guy, but
I think there's like this opportunity just to be meteoric here,
like taking Mike saying herself from the outside, moving in
his natural home on the inside. Kwan Martin, the dexterity,

(19:39):
the physicality that he's playing with at safety just look
so common intelligence. Yeah yeah, and just had off just
like a difference maker. He helped me number twenty.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Yeah, Eddie came read you.

Speaker 1 (19:50):
Yeah all right, okay, So I need three players who
are going to raise eyebrows this year. Yeah, I want
to start something.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
I'm gonna go with Dollar Bill aka Christian Mary.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
I think he's gonna raise eyebrows.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
I think he's gonna have a chance to get more
rushes than he thought attempts than he thought he was
gonna get. He showed him that he gonna slash it.
He can get down the hole, you can catch out
the backfield past block.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
Let's see what you.

Speaker 5 (20:12):
Got, dollar Bill, I got Trey Amos Okay, I like that.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Yes, the Lord, why well, I think you know.

Speaker 5 (20:20):
For the thing that we talked about the most the
past two years about our cornerbacks being able to press,
being able to play off. He plays it all. He plays,
he does he does that well. He does both of
those well. And one of the things that Joe said,
I was listening to one of his interviews just a
couple of weeks ago, and he was talking about just
finding the right guys to do what they want to
do well on defense. And that's one of the reason

(20:42):
why we didn't see If we don't see a Forbes
out there, we don't see a Saint Juice out there.
Don't get me wrong, we was. We was giving those guys.
So we did the best we can with him last year. Yeah,
fast forward. Now I'll get a chance to go out
there and say how you always talk about I'm gonna
go out here and get these groceries myself. Yes, I'm
ana be able to make the best meal I can
make so therefore you see us go out there and

(21:02):
get the groceries with ap and then now we can
go out there and put the best meal out there
for for all us to be out there and be
well fared. So I think Trey almost fits what we
want to do. You know, we already went out there
and got a guy last year.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Who fit that fit that model, Lattimore.

Speaker 5 (21:17):
And then now we go out there and get a
young guy and Trey Amos that allowed us to have
a Santa still to play inside.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
So trust me.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
And then not only that, I'm not even talking about
the other guys we got out here.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
We got guys.

Speaker 5 (21:27):
We got guys like Jones who we went out there
and got from New England. And then we also had
a guy here already in Monocky. So we we defined
what we needed to do in the second year. That's
why I think, to me, I don't want to get
ahead of myself, but at all at all position groups, Yeah,
I'm scared of them boys pretty stout superfan.

Speaker 4 (21:47):
Brad Deebo, Samuel.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Dude Hard right now, I like that bro brod Waite
raising so and so you say he gonna get back
to old Debo. I mean, I don't think it's gonna
be hard to do. Yeah, so I'm gonna read I'm
gonna read the Madlub now with the name that I'm
gonna insert here. I'm gonna tell you why afterwards. Deebo
Samuel will have main character energy. Is the is the
madle of with those three guys, And I have never

(22:12):
met somebody who's got more main character energy than Deebo Samuel.
The interview with him during the Patriots game. Dude's got
gold chain, got the glasses, diamonds in his teem. Nice,
he's like a movie star. Everybody can't beat the pope
on the team.

Speaker 5 (22:25):
You know what I'm saying, You got different.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Team. He's got that vibe. He brings swag. Yeah, so
I don't know, just based on pure swag because Stramos
is kind of quiet. No he is, No, he's not
really because he.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Don't see him doing like that show personality.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
You start seeing the puppet.

Speaker 5 (22:48):
When you start seeing you're going you're gonna know what
I'm talking about. You won't fit the quir boys. You
won't fit. Don't be surprised. We see a little Louisiana
music playing in the stadium because you gonna know where.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
It's coming from. All right, that's right. So now from that,
three offensive players, why don't we start with Santana?

Speaker 3 (23:06):
Three offensive players? You want my first one?

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Just I just want one from you, anyone? All right?
Tom Oh, that's a good one. That's a good one.
Larring me. You ain't tell me.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
Nothing that you wrote that secret?

Speaker 1 (23:25):
All right? Who do you got?

Speaker 2 (23:30):
Like?

Speaker 1 (23:30):
It's just really it's just really because so much this one.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
No, no, no, no, I ain't gotta go obviously, I
ain't gonna never do nothing of the man I'm gonna
bring up.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Every play starts with him, all right.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Nothing without him, the man that I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
We couldn't even play offense with that.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
Jaydon got to put his hand all the way down
there the whole time. Excuse me, be hotish, be hodish
the cimer.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Everything start with him, Everything starts with him, all right,
Superan Brad.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
What do we got Chris Roberys I c Rob Are
we being people of the moment? Though?

Speaker 2 (24:08):
With Chris, no, I don't think so. I don't think
we're being in the moment. Sometimes people seize the moment.
That's a prisoner of the moment, right because you. You're
basically telling yourself that that he got the job.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
I mean with this, his name start with super fan,
you right, he might know, he might know something. We
don't know his day. So I'm gonna telling me something. Note,
I'm gonna hijack the show right now, I do it.
I'm gonna say zach Ertz, and I'm gonna use my own.
I'm gona using my own for the Mad Live. Zach
Ertz will stand on.

Speaker 3 (24:36):
Business twenty four for twenty zach Ertz will.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Stand on Business. So I remember, tell me you.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
Want twenty four for twenty four, Play me with a
good time twenty four for twenty four, twenty four twenty
four catches wins coverage.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
He's Jayde Daniels security bike, and he's been the best
offensive player in training camp. Yes, Lord, outside of Jaydon
Daniels preach, you gave me this weird.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
When I was little preaching, all were just saying, man, listen,
everything start.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
Would be hotish.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
When he opened his legs to play start, Lord had
mercy balls.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
I'm like, oh my gosh, everything's start with the center.
So now we need three position groups.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
All right, I'm wondered town. I got to say, did
you copy your paper?

Speaker 1 (25:24):
You're probably copying his paper.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
All I'm saying I mentioned he got to say what
we got we got officer line.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
Oh stop it say, I understand, but I won't say this.
So Tennis is on his phone. Hey man, on my phone.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
This was this was done last night.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
This was done with this right now, right now.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
So when I say the office line, for many reasons,
I mean I understand.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
I mean we all understanding here.

Speaker 5 (25:49):
Without j D five being protected, without our run game
being established, how can we be anything offensively?

Speaker 1 (25:57):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (25:57):
That's the reason why we want to got to Tunsu.
That's the reason while we went out and got a
guy like you know, J C. J. That's the reason
why we got guys that we can you know, look
at and go out there and reach for, like you
know in the debt when it comes to Chris Paul
and those guys, you know.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
What I mean, Like we don't.

Speaker 5 (26:13):
We haven't been working on this offensive line for the
last few years, not to be where we're at today.
So I think the I think the stamp to us
was done in the preseason, was done in the off
season when we got Tunsu.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
But in the in the in the draft, we really showed.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
The league like play with us, if you want to
play with us, if you want to, we gonna go
out here and make sure we solidify what we were
trying to do. And then you got a guy and
cost me who's down, who was a Pro Bowl last year,
and a guy like be honest.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
I know who's been our center. We just talked about him.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
So that's why I say the offensive line, you know what,
I'm gonna stay with the fat bags.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
I'm gonna go with.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
The defensive line.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
I'm gonna go with the defensive line because at the
end of the day, were talking about a rotation that
we don't even know what the rotation is because we
got guy like Sheldon Day that came late in.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
The season last year they played. We gotta think about this.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
Nobody's even talking right now about our second round draft pick.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Josign Newton.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
You asked you nobody talking about pain, Nobody like. Then
you add in a kin Law, you add in a
ditrict Wie, you add like like I looked at the
roster one a defensive line the other day, especially when
you put those edges in there with with with I
don't know who's gonna.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Make the team, Like, we're gonna cut.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
Some good players, and they talk about I got like Baptists, who.

Speaker 2 (27:27):
Get Baptists like this? Even now he had a chance
to even ready to play? What about a Colin Fair? Like,
I don't know who's gonna.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Make this team.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
You gonna make the team.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
First, I said, Cleveland Fair?

Speaker 2 (27:40):
What I said that, y'all, y'all witness y'all witnesses. Well
you know why you hear me? No, I'm watched the people.
He showed y'all, he quit show right, my fought showed.
Put it like this, phaar, that'st affair. All I'm saying

(28:02):
is we got a lot of good defensively mean, and
I don't know which guys are going to make this team.

Speaker 3 (28:07):
That's how good a.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Group now And that's a good problem. Now, great problem problem, superman, Brad.
Can I give you some advice? Yeah, we just came.
I think about the defensive backs here, what do you think? Oh?

Speaker 4 (28:18):
Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Yeah. I mean you guys you talked about early. You
talked about earlier too. Mike Sanders still is one of
your picks, right, it feels like a good fit, right, Yeah? Absolutely,
And so I think because I'm doing the mad love right,
the defensive backs will pop off every single week. Yeah,
and that's something we haven't had here, right.

Speaker 2 (28:36):
Yes, yeah, right, excuse me, don't tease me with me
and be hollering him.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
How do you do it? Every show you're talking about,
you got to you got to talk about somebody.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
You want to see a Styn just look up in sky,
be waving back down it.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
How you doing that? I tell you the writing he.

Speaker 3 (29:01):
Got you before he kept down here, that home, before
he come to work.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
All right, Now this might be hard for Fred, but
I need three adjectives with some right, So you give
me one. T you give me one that's gonna be
off me.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Adjectives Now, it's adjectives gonna show what school we went to.
And I went to the High Learning Institute of Mississippi
State University. If y'all really want you'll kids to learn something,
sit in the Mississippi State.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
And what's your adjective? What's your adjective?

Speaker 3 (29:29):
My adjective you want me to start off?

Speaker 2 (29:32):
My adjective is God sent, all right, and the adjective
is aimed at one Jaydon Daniels.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Right, we haven't heard the madula so we so we.

Speaker 5 (29:42):
Are doing what we're doing right today, we're still in
a lot because you said I was stilling.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Now you stealing? Are you trying to say you had
God sit down there in your phone? Is that an
your phone? Yeah? I ain't gonna.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
It's a different word I used. Okay, it's a different
angel and face.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Is it appropriate before you're read it? Is it appropriate?

Speaker 2 (29:59):
Not?

Speaker 1 (30:01):
But it means God reason give it to yourself.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
I say God sent because ever since he touched down,
he didn't part at the Red Sea, and we didn't
walk the cross. I didn't enjoyed everything he didn't brought.
He has brought single handles of defan base back. He
has brought it, hold back he has brought. He has
brought people. Jod Miller say, I want to go to
Washington because I want to ring Chase. I ain't heard

(30:28):
that in a thousand eves. He has been Heaven sent,
the person, the player, everything about it we needed right
and he was just what we needed, right on time,
always on time. Cannot wait to see him play more.
God said to his dad, Tim Good, I'll top that up, hey.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
Man, have him now, have him now, superfan Bride. I
don't know if you want to fall that one up
or you want.

Speaker 4 (30:57):
To say with God something as Fred would say, a
force multiplier, force.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Multiplier, we go. So if we're reading the Mad Live,
Jane Daniels will be a God sense what's multiply or
Jane Daniels will.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
Be a force Moore's multiplo.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
I'm surprised. I ain't want to him mine. If it's
not appropriate, we can't.

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Give it to us in the clean for I'm gonna
give it to you any I'll give it to you somebody, right,
and we can move on.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
Let's move on all right now, because we've got all
these wonderful fans here, right, and we just finished that
command command libs, which I actually kind of liked that.
You guys like that segment? Yeah, oh, these people didn't
like that segment. You like the segment? Suit again, do
you guys like the segment? He was caught all the
guy in his wings? You know, I can't see him.

(31:47):
He's all right. So now we're doing schedule Predictor and
super Fan Brad is gonna pick the schedule, pick the
wins losses for our schedule this year. After we give
a little tight brief background on this.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
All right, all right, let's go.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
Okay, you ready to me Giants first game of the season.
Obviously caller Carter uh, quarterbacks Tribadeau. They got nothing. Just
keep going with the I don't want to keep doing that.
I'm just saying they for deep Brian Barryan Burns. So
you're trying to revamp that secondary.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
This will be the best defensive live player for player
that we might play this year. Yeah, okay, player for player.
They also, for some reason, uh what's name? The head
coach got a moving on out offense right now. The
look he got some guys, I mean preseason they playing
with Fido right.

Speaker 5 (32:33):
Yeah, I'm gonna be one of those guys too, because
I just talked to one of my homeboys about this,
and I'm.

Speaker 3 (32:37):
Like, you know, the Giants always was a throw in
our backside. We never could beat them.

Speaker 2 (32:42):
I watched for I don't get too high up on
preseason itself, but I just get I get high on
the makeup of your team, seeing how they run to
the ball, how.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
They tackle, how they make plays.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
And that's what I've been seeing. The Giants.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
They look they're gonna come in here ready. They're playing
like they have been playing their team. They playing for
selfish football. This is always dangerous things. And think about this.
The last time the Giants had a deepensive line like this,
they won the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
Yeah, we ain't on that fun so, but the last
time don't look good.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
You know, Russell, when you got Russell Wilson, it in
the b Russell, you don't see.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
So let me say this, Let me say this.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
That's right, you got you got that, Russell.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
We got raving team games to go through. We can't
go that long. That long? Is that a winter loss?

Speaker 4 (33:29):
That's a w that's a win.

Speaker 1 (33:31):
Love that. I'm brad. I always try to pump them
up a little bit. I'm witch. Don't go Thursday night football.
Green Bay Packers one sentenced description each.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Okay, green Bay? Right, that is at green Bay. Uh,
we're going to beat them. It ain't gonna beat the
Packers of Green Bay. It ain't gonna be cool, picking
the gate, gonna be backgrounds. You can make an educated decision.
We will beat them. Bre it ain't gonna be cold.
That's a good one. That's all you need to know.
Be warm.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
He's gonna be on kind of weather. I mean, that's
like a young dynamic offense. I mean, I just want
to know.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
I don't even go that far because I feel like,
you know, we should have to go that far.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
I'm bad. I won't. I want to what Brad got
to say.

Speaker 3 (34:09):
Anyways, want we win?

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Okay? Because want we win? What we got to say?
Another dubby, don't eat them bread but no, I mean
that's why, that's why he's a super fans. Don't eat him.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
We got the Raiders, so we too, we know right now?

Speaker 1 (34:22):
Yeah, Lord, have Mercy Dows Vegas coming to time? Yeah,
Las Vegas, Geno Smith, it looks pretty good.

Speaker 3 (34:29):
Rock Bowers, Yeah, brock Bowns best.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Yeah, Shawn Lynz Junior. Yeah, I mean defensively, they've got
some stuff they're going through.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
Yeah, they got Mex criesby a couple of guys. They
ain't got Jones, no more cornerback. What you got?

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Super fan dub nation, I'm with you. Don't eat them, listen, don't.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Fanatic, don't eat them, but don't put that James Wiston
sauce on them.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
W's all right, So we got the Falcons. We're at
the Falcons in Atlanta.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Hey, we gotta do. He's a fan. I already know
what this is. Come on that no, no, what he
we got to give some background there, me and my
ex wife, we got a divorce. When she walked out,
she said she was down lower Falcons fan.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
You know what you gotta do.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Brad, Brad what we got w all right? Then we
got kind of a tough trip. Lord, have mercy. We're
going to l a.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
We tired trying to drunk. We punched like a little bit. Chargers, Chargers,
that's a hard game. That is a tough game, say the.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
Saying again, and we're going to We're going to la
play anywhere, anytime, any place.

Speaker 3 (35:49):
I'm talking about the other thying we didn't. I don't
know the Chargers coach saying he who got better than us?

Speaker 1 (35:55):
Yeah, that's that's saying that I want to hear. Not. Yeah,
we get it's.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
Gonna be a hard game to put in. But they
mostly we get the lead.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
The game is ours because they want to run the ball.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
They want to run.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
So I guess that's a question. Can we stop the run? Brad?
Can we stop the run?

Speaker 4 (36:11):
Yes? It's a wright.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
I'm gonna keep calling.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Hey, this is what happens when you see this, that's
what you know you can't give them har let's say
you don't.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Get let's do the you know, let's do the next four.
We got Bears on Monday night, Cowboys and last Monday
Night Chiefs and Seahawks. What are we thinking for the Bears?
The Bears, Cowboys first one?

Speaker 4 (36:38):
W first one.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
So we got the Bears, w what about it? The Cowboys?

Speaker 4 (36:43):
At Cowboys?

Speaker 2 (36:43):
Cowboys and Jayr's house? Do you see what Jay were
doing to his house? Right?

Speaker 1 (36:47):
He's love? Huh?

Speaker 4 (36:49):
Do you want honestly your love?

Speaker 3 (36:50):
I won't honesty.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Honestly, I think at Cowboys we might lose that one.

Speaker 1 (36:54):
So you think you think we're a super fan, don't worry.

Speaker 4 (36:59):
We'll come back be in the playoffs. We're gonna get that.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
W I feel you.

Speaker 3 (37:04):
So that's a travish mockerty.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
So that's a loss. It's the first loss.

Speaker 5 (37:10):
Yeah, come on, be honest, like five games ago, but
I got.

Speaker 4 (37:15):
Keep going about the Chiefs used to also be an
l Yeah we got two als, all.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
Right, because that's not the Chiefs. That's a tough era.

Speaker 2 (37:24):
That's and read there you got come on, Pat mahonmes
steal the king.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Then we got the Seahawks coming here Sunday Night Football
pro you always beat the Seahawks.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
About the Seahawks, we always we can get the Seahawks.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
Okay, well, well Brad's picking.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
That's a w that's a w there, all right, the
reverst the Lion.

Speaker 1 (37:49):
So you know what we did in motility.

Speaker 4 (37:52):
And it's at home. That's a wah.

Speaker 1 (37:54):
They coming up golf Jared guy were talking about the lie.
He said a win win, Yeah, why is that?

Speaker 3 (38:02):
Because we whooped them last year? Get better?

Speaker 1 (38:05):
Then we're going to Spain. That'll be fun go to Spain.
Has has anyone been to Spain here? Really?

Speaker 3 (38:11):
Board?

Speaker 1 (38:17):
Awesome? All right? So Dolphins in Spain.

Speaker 4 (38:26):
That's that's a w w h Yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
I got the got to be an They're gonna be
on three games this year now. I've been saying they're
gonna be the turnfects about attack. Theyll exponage going on
in that house? That what was the word you just said,
don't worry about it going to.

Speaker 1 (38:43):
Did you say espionage? That's what you said?

Speaker 6 (38:46):
Right?

Speaker 1 (38:46):
Okay? All right? Forgot the Broncos Sunday Night Football bone
knicks in the House by Sean Payne's court in the
coordinator a head coach.

Speaker 4 (38:55):
Yeah, overtime, W.

Speaker 1 (38:59):
Didn't mine? Brad say dupe? And then we're going to
the Vikings. J. J. McCarthy young young quarterback.

Speaker 2 (39:05):
Defense still there though, Oh yeah, one of the business
received in the league.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
But also the defense. The defense there to me.

Speaker 2 (39:12):
Is there, Yeah, that might be a that's gonna be
on the road to Yeah, but do you believe in
my quarterback is better than you?

Speaker 1 (39:19):
I believe the quarterback stands out. Yeah, but I mean
might just be a dub.

Speaker 4 (39:23):
Like, how about we I'll be there so they'll definitely win.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
All right. We got the Giants round two year all yeah,
we always seem always seem to split.

Speaker 3 (39:40):
It'll be cold up there. This time it'll be cold.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
We're gonna sweep the Giants. I love that.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
I love the brand is on the road right now.

Speaker 1 (39:51):
We ain't lose the game. Two games. Then we got
the Eagles.

Speaker 3 (40:00):
Let's go and split with them. We're gonna win at home.
They're gonna win at home.

Speaker 4 (40:03):
We're gonna split.

Speaker 2 (40:05):
But I.

Speaker 4 (40:07):
Think we're gonna lose at home. And then went away
and went away.

Speaker 1 (40:10):
I understand, Okay, I've rather win there. It's more fun
to win there.

Speaker 3 (40:16):
I've rather win there.

Speaker 4 (40:17):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (40:18):
So what about Christmas Day Cowboys at home?

Speaker 4 (40:21):
That's a dumb.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
We lost three games this year, Mary, Christmas Eagles is
a winner last last week? Let it into the playoffs
hot this year, mercy. So two losses, oh rights, we
split with the fourteen three. So we fourteen and three,

(40:45):
all right, two games better than last year.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
That's wild horses about right. Hey, listen, I feel what
you're saying. Is it feasible? Yes, I feel like it's feasible.
You look at these teams and what we don't know
is is the help of each team that we don't
know that we don't know what's gonna be going on
with coaches and situations.

Speaker 1 (41:06):
All I'm saying is super fan you all right, my man?

Speaker 5 (41:10):
Yeah, Bra, You're not wrong for picking how you see it.
And I think too, we get caught up in the
whole hype of what the team was last year. Yeah,
we did know what I mean, every year it's a
different story for every team. So hopefully that we can
still we can beat we can kind of come off
of what we came off of last year being one
of the years that we haven't seen in a long time.
To even get better. You know what I mean, I

(41:31):
think we have a chance of getting better. I think
those guys did a tremendous job in the off season,
you know, bringing guys in here. That's gonna help the team.
But also we don't know what the opposing guys our
posing teams that were going up against dining the offseason,
how well they got better or didn't, so who they
feel you.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
Know what I mean, I don't, I don't.

Speaker 3 (41:47):
I don't hate on none of those but those guys
got to play the game.

Speaker 1 (41:50):
All we could do is watch, you know.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
And Philadelphia nobody's won this divisions back to back in years.
Another thing super Bowl hangover could be coming from them.
Jerry is ooh lone live Jerry Jones. He's doing everything
we need him to do there the Bikers. JJ McCarthy
is basically a rookie head quarterback. The Dolphins, Uh, that's

(42:12):
a house that's burning down started from the roof. The
Lions lost their offensive coordinator and their defensive coordinator. They
might take a step back. We seen what happen to
the Eagles two years ago. I see the Seahawks is
starting Sam Donald at quarterback. That's like buying a used converse,
can't hooping there. The Bears, we ruined.

Speaker 1 (42:33):
They season last year. Caleb still crying.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
The Falcons, we're talking about Pinnix, a new quarterback.

Speaker 3 (42:40):
They're still trying to find their way, all right.

Speaker 2 (42:42):
So it's the Raiders Geno Schmill they got in the
first year of the coach, trying to get everything.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
Baseline, it's a legit chance.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
We can dance like you say, we're gonna dance and
the Pale Moons.

Speaker 1 (42:56):
Why, I like Brian. We got a little bit more time,
and so we're gonna open up the fan questions. You
can shout it out. If it's appropriate, I'll repeat it.
If not, we're just gonna move on. So do they
have any questions that they'd like to ask about the
team this year? All right, excess any question about anything? No, Yeah,

(43:17):
are we surprised? We got to repeat the question.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
Are we surprised? And be Rod got traded. I'm not
surprised anybody get traded. Like the one thing me Saan
Tannel Logan new he is we might wake up that Monday,
we might not be here Thursday.

Speaker 3 (43:30):
Like this part of the job.

Speaker 2 (43:31):
We do this Why I always kept me his suitcase
peck in case my name got called.

Speaker 1 (43:36):
But it's part of the job came run from. Is
that the only reason you kept the suitcase pack? You know?

Speaker 3 (43:41):
I like to take trips too.

Speaker 1 (43:44):
I like to take trips to No, he's gonna do
nixt any other questions. Diamonds in the Diamonds in the rough.

Speaker 2 (43:51):
Think Tyler Owens number forty is a diamond in the
r court Coachton Ankoff, Yes, I like him, not him
so much.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
I like what you're talking about. He's a guy you
ain't got to like every dude that come from you.
He plays great on teams. He's got some nice sudden
mess he catches the football well, he's tough, he's smart.

Speaker 3 (44:15):
Jacori Brooks if you make it that like Brooks in
the rough.

Speaker 5 (44:19):
The kid that we got from mom, from the Ravens
that came in. I liked how you played in the
last preseason World Yeah, Wearly that boy, Okay, he might
make it, you know, you can make it.

Speaker 1 (44:29):
Honestly like a real like real talk. Diamond in the
rough is Chris Paul like the one you played this preseason,
Like he's gonna make the fifty three, And I think
would be a nice step Beaston probably plays football this year. Yeah,
I like that a lot. Uh, secondary guys, anybody in
the secondary.

Speaker 3 (44:41):
Well, Trey am Is.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
I think he's a diamond staring you in the face
like six carrots. So you know when you put out this, yes,
I will marry.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
You and then he is the sixth card that the
other one i'd say to maybe not in the rough,
but like Will Harris has exceeded expectations.

Speaker 2 (44:59):
We thought we will play Will at the Saints, so yeah,
we'll have it most definitely.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
But we don't do IFFs.

Speaker 3 (45:06):
Fist wasn't fifth I be drunk?

Speaker 1 (45:08):
What what did he say?

Speaker 2 (45:09):
He was all righty Jordan McGee Yeah, and he was
like if he could stay healthy, and I was like,
we can't do ifls, we can't do hills.

Speaker 1 (45:18):
Yeah, no doubt. Any other questions past dude, great question.
Who will be our best pass rusher? Let's say, who's
gonna have the most sex at the end of the year.
Is that?

Speaker 3 (45:29):
Okay, I'm going to say Frankie Louv over.

Speaker 1 (45:32):
Von Miller and Overdrinton.

Speaker 3 (45:33):
This is what I feel like.

Speaker 2 (45:34):
Von Miller is the force multiplier for the past rush.
He will get their attention while other people reap the rewards.
He's gonna be the one they double team while Frankie
gonna beat it with speed and power.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
On the back.

Speaker 5 (45:46):
I think Armstrong is gonna surprise us all because when
you have a guy like ken Lawn's side, you know,
a lot of those guys not gonna bring a lot
of attentions. You got wives, you got all these other
guys in the inside. Just from the couple of preseason again,
I saw him play and it seemed like he's getting
some matchups that he didn't get left in the playoffs,
or or he just he's just more comfortable with what's
going on. So I don't know, Maybe I don't know.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
About I think that would be mine just because I
feel like, you know, we talked about Kingmakers and on
offense and on defense and Joe with Junior finding matchups.
So he's right, He's got Dorin's Armstrong rushing over the
guard a little bit more. He just seems in the
great feel for that, you know, kind of bending the shoulder.

Speaker 3 (46:24):
He got a different kind of going with the tangent.

Speaker 1 (46:28):
But that same thing extens of Frankie because again he's
blitzing on backs and I've not seen a back box.

Speaker 2 (46:33):
I think they can't black him and the wars wild
No is gonna be with twenty four von Miller And
guess what what they ain't gonna be doing is wears
number four.

Speaker 1 (46:42):
So I got I got a question. This is legitimate.
Do we have anybody with ten plus sacks this year?
I think because I think I think you got you
got Frankie cannibalizing, Dorian Storrn's cannibalizing von Kinlock, cannibalizing all
those guys. Right, it just seems like there's gonna be
a lot of this team pressure.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
No. This is why I say we're gonna do it
because we built to win on first down, which making
it a lot of third and loans more than we
had last year. And you know how these defensive alignment
in these edge rushes out when they know it's third
and loan, when they can just pin their ears back
and rush the pass.

Speaker 3 (47:12):
They rushed at a higher clip like we was.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
We was rushing on them third downs last year, them
Thursday and threes, then on thirty two, then thirty four.
Now you got to play evil coverage and you can't
really sit find just penning years back.

Speaker 1 (47:24):
And also I wonder if like the more aggressive coverage philosophy,
just playing more man coverage, more press, this should be
more disruptive there.

Speaker 5 (47:32):
I think that I think the sex would probably be
distributed throughout the whole uh D line mainly because of
the secondary. Mainly because they'll have more situations where the
secondary is playing tighter, tight end coverage.

Speaker 3 (47:44):
More opportunity and now now you get.

Speaker 5 (47:46):
A magnitude of different guys getting the opportunity to get sacks.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
You might get some more.

Speaker 5 (47:51):
You might get more interior guys getting sacks than they
got last year, because that's one of the things we
talking about with Paying was like, we haven't seen that
year that he had before, and I think this is
one of the years that you have that when you
have a secondary that's you know why he warn back play, Yeah,
disruption our cornerback play. I think our cornerback play gets tighter.
Then you get guys getting more set holding the ball.

Speaker 1 (48:12):
Do you think that the secondary can do that? I mean,
we talked about jams, we talked about Sam. This is like,
you know, when we talked to Fletch London Fletcher, He's
always like, I'm worried about the secondary not worried, but
like just when you play that way, you want to
see him.

Speaker 2 (48:23):
He wants want to see you know, he wants to
see it because he understands the repeatedness of He want
to know can they hold up time at the time,
at the.

Speaker 3 (48:30):
Time, at the time. That's what he worried about.

Speaker 2 (48:32):
Because when you get into a defensive coordinator that want
you to play repeatedly man the man all the time,
it can get it can wear you down as a
defensive back.

Speaker 5 (48:40):
But I think too, when you look at what Joe
whit brains defensively, the way he likes to play his
coverages and the way he likes to play those different packages,
he's he's in a face right now. So you know,
like I always shared with you, like if you and
my face and you disrupted as a receiver, as a receiver,
if you in my face right now, you're just rubbing
me from my route changing stuff. I don't have that

(49:01):
much time as a quarterback to get the ball off.

Speaker 3 (49:03):
I got to come off you. So I got to
come off you.

Speaker 5 (49:05):
And in the way he's bringing those guys, when you
have Loulu sitting there chopping on the bitch, you got
an Armstrong chopping on the bitch.

Speaker 3 (49:11):
You got a ken lock disrupt and everything in the inside.

Speaker 1 (49:14):
Yeah, that gives a quarterback less time to think.

Speaker 2 (49:16):
I cannot give you the ball all the sacks, but
I guarantee we have double the turnovers, double double the
time to get ridy.

Speaker 3 (49:23):
We didn't have many turnovers.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
I mean, I always think with like when teams are
playing a lot of man it's harder to get turnovers
because your backs.

Speaker 3 (49:29):
But you but you also get a lot of tip balls.

Speaker 2 (49:32):
You get a lot of tip balls, and you also
get a lot of quarterback throwing into blind spots and
this whey that the size in the front line. You
think about a guy like bow Knicks if you don't
keep both knicks on the edge, and believe me, coach
will to know he wanted to keep him on roll
outs and stuff. If I keep both Nicks in here,
both Knicks can't throw over six five line.

Speaker 1 (49:52):
He has to throw in between it. That's the difference.

Speaker 2 (49:55):
That's why we love playing the Russell Wilson's of the
world because he think about Russell when he does play.
He literally takes an eight step drop so he can
see her over his line.

Speaker 3 (50:03):
Well, guess what that's a deeper second for me.

Speaker 1 (50:06):
Deeper launch point. Right, Yeah, so I guess really all
that's a moot, a mood point. Mood point. Is that
the right word? If we can't stop the run on
first second point, yeah, we can't thrown on for a
second time. Do you think we can stop the run
on first second down?

Speaker 3 (50:19):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (50:20):
I think we built to stop the run on first
and second down. Is it just the personnel that's different.
I think the person nail is different.

Speaker 3 (50:26):
Like you got realized. We can call everything he wanted to.
Last year he had to call when he needed to.

Speaker 1 (50:31):
It's a difference. I think. I think we go we
ain't from Missouri, but they gonna have to show us.

Speaker 3 (50:36):
You know, I'm fine with you.

Speaker 1 (50:37):
Is that what you say the whole the time?

Speaker 3 (50:38):
Is that the saying that is the saying you know Missouri? Yeah,
that's what it is.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
So I ain't from the Missouri, but you Yes, I
respect that you got you ever forget how young Logan is? Yeah,
he just looks that way.

Speaker 1 (50:53):
But look, I look, I probably look the oldest period.
I'm okay with that. Any more questions. We got another
question that was great question right here? What we got Oh,
that's a good question. That's a nice easy one. It
can't be the Spain game because of the location.

Speaker 2 (51:08):
But that's why though, No, I'm gonna go fhil a
deeph because I want to take down the super Bowl champs.

Speaker 3 (51:13):
And we beat the.

Speaker 2 (51:14):
Super Bowl champs, it's worth more than beating the Dolphins
in Spain. Ain't nobody came back nowhere old trip.

Speaker 1 (51:21):
I think.

Speaker 5 (51:22):
I mean, I'm that guy, So my answers shouldn't be
a surprise.

Speaker 1 (51:25):
But the first one.

Speaker 2 (51:26):
I think the first game, because I mean I set
the tone for the season, you know.

Speaker 1 (51:30):
I mean think about last year when we went to Tampa.

Speaker 5 (51:33):
Even though we came away with a loss, you still
was like, you was like, I.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
Like what I saw we got I saw from our quarterback.

Speaker 3 (51:40):
I like what I saw.

Speaker 5 (51:41):
He didn't do as much as we wanted him to do,
but we had hope going until we two. I think
when you see us play out there against where we
talk about the Giants and talking about what they have
up front, Man, we're gonna come out of that game,
whether we win or lose, with a lot of information.

Speaker 1 (51:54):
So I'm looking forward to that game more than anything. Yeah,
I think the Eagles for sure. I like that by Fred.
Obviously Week one, any divisional game is good. But I
am like a football nerd. Yes, so I like all
the games because I think they each present like a
different issue, you know, like can you stop the run
versus the Chargers? How does you know? Smith? Look like,
how do you stop young Turner?

Speaker 3 (52:14):
Gainst your package?

Speaker 1 (52:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (52:15):
Right?

Speaker 3 (52:16):
The Falcons up and come and tell it? They played
you last year? This used to you.

Speaker 2 (52:20):
Yeah, I totally understand the bear. They won't revene, Yeah
they got they crossed.

Speaker 1 (52:24):
Like an that's more of like them storyline like Ben
Johnson like does he help Caleb Williams that? Yeah? Right,
That's that's the thing with me, is like we dosed
both of.

Speaker 3 (52:34):
The him thank lord? We does both of them? Okay,
we died?

Speaker 1 (52:38):
That is true? Right yeah? Yeah right? So hey, in
speaking of these teams, do you guys have like a
favorite memory from these games? Like we're playing against these teams? Well, like, like,
let's start with the Giants. You have a favorite memory
versus the Giants?

Speaker 2 (52:51):
I got plenty favorite man, what would I sacrifice one
of my teammates?

Speaker 3 (52:55):
I didn't try to to the football.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
My gosh, tell the story. It's a great story.

Speaker 2 (52:59):
So the playing the giants, right, it's in the early
two I won't want to remember that one. Yeah, it's
in the early two thousands. And they had a three
hundred pound back named Brandon Jacobs. Yes, in the wintertime,
he ballooned to three hundred. He played two eighty wide,
was warm three hundred?

Speaker 3 (53:15):
Why it was.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
It's like a fish story. It just gets bigger and bigger.

Speaker 2 (53:18):
No, no, I'm just telling you. And first play they talk,
sweep to my side. I sacrificed myself so you can
look this clip up online. He closes his eyes. No,
it's all right, it's all one. The first play, I
make the tackle. Okay, the second plate, I make the
tall London fletch.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
Oh my god, don't y'all clap for him. I'm gonna
show y'all this London right there.

Speaker 3 (53:47):
I know y'all can't see it.

Speaker 1 (53:50):
Come y'all case that can't. What is it? What's he saying?
He said?

Speaker 2 (53:58):
If it's in a live man, how you doing?

Speaker 4 (54:02):
That's what he does.

Speaker 1 (54:03):
Friend's always telling lies, that's what he does. Hey, let
him to the im just trying to talk again. Always
you gotta sho use. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (54:13):
Yeah, man, yeah, I don't hear.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
We had the thing about it is, y'all. Excuse my friend.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
He got like the iPhone three with updates, so they
don't really get up that way.

Speaker 3 (54:23):
I understand. So I'm trying worry about him.

Speaker 1 (54:28):
Are you in the airport? What are you doing? I
am I'm about to d C. I'll look at this guy.

Speaker 3 (54:33):
You get here, Man, get up out coming to put
palls on you.

Speaker 1 (54:39):
Man, we're trying to make money. Man, hit us when
you get here. Oh man, God, cut these lights up here.
I gotta swear up these lights up here. You got
anything to say to the craft the family ready for
the season to get started.

Speaker 3 (54:56):
Ye what I'm talking about whether you get them?

Speaker 7 (55:02):
Crump, looks you are sweating a lot here.

Speaker 1 (55:16):
Right now. Yeah, he's talking the people.

Speaker 3 (55:24):
Yeah, would have my shoulder.

Speaker 1 (55:27):
Hey bye, all right, let's do here the contain what time?
I loved it calling him from the airport. Hey, that's
one way to do it. Hey, listen, I'm glad you did.

Speaker 2 (55:43):
I'm glad he interrupted that story because because.

Speaker 3 (55:47):
You saw it.

Speaker 1 (55:49):
I want to listen the first play.

Speaker 3 (55:51):
Brandon Jacobs ran me over.

Speaker 2 (55:53):
I got him down by a shoe screen the second
play the Rattle Snake offensive coordinated call the same thing,
all right, I got him down by the shoot the
hair on my chiny chin chin. So it was third
and one. I seen him looking over there hit me again.
So I tell my safety, I'm gonna need you to
fill this gap this time because I'm not willing to

(56:15):
do it. So la run Landry. First of all, Plexico
was blocking me. He a very good block. Right then
l Ron Landon tried to fill the hole and he
almost killed larn Landry.

Speaker 1 (56:28):
So my teammates blamed me for it.

Speaker 2 (56:31):
When I say, I'm trying to play for longevity here,
trying to keep myself healthy.

Speaker 1 (56:36):
So I sacrificed my teammate can't put it on tape.

Speaker 3 (56:39):
Came back and you can't put bad crap on tape.

Speaker 1 (56:42):
That's why I say plex so good at blocking. Thank you,
Brandon Jacobs. This is a big man, but that's gonna
do it. For today's show. Want to thank the fans.
Thank you guys so much for coming out. Yes, yes,
thank super fan Bride and Lisper coming out his wife.
Thank you guys for coming out. It's the beauty makes
you guys. Try that simulator out back there. Don't think's

(57:03):

minutes ago. Thanks producer Jason, Thanks for Rush Hayna, Thanks Ryan.
