We need to promote inclusive development but with nature. Homosapiens are part of nature, we cannot forget it.

To manage, wisely and responsibly, ecosystems and the earth system, we need to rethink sovereignty.

There is no future for humankind if you're not able to address social inequality.

the voices of civil society, of academia, of science, of young people, of Indigenous peoples, are more needed than ever.

The challenge is not based on small-scale projects. The challenge that we’re facing now, the solution that we need requires a really ambitious project.

Stockholm+49 and the Stockholm+50 is going to be an opportunity to rediscuss, to recommit, to rethink, because of the profound changes that our world has experienced in the last 50 years.
