The neuroscience of yourreality.
Whew.
There is a bundle of nerves atyour brainstem called the
reticular activating system, orthe RAS.
Think of the RAS as, uh, I don'tknow, the bouncer at the club of
your brain.

Your brain is bombarded withmillions.
Of bits of data.
Every second girl, if younoticed everything, you would go
insane.
So the RAS filters it.
It only lets in what you tell itis important, but here's the

problem for us healers.
For the last 20 or 30 years.
You have trained your RAS tolook for danger.
You scan for symptoms, you scanfor crisis, you scan for other
people's needs.
If you focus on burnout, yourRAS will show you burnout

everywhere.
If you focus on, I'm so tired,your RAS will highlight every
reason to be tired.
We are going to reprogram thatbad boy filter right here, right
now.
If you tell your RAS thatfreedom is important.

Lo and behold, it will start toact like a heat seeking missile
for freedom.
You will suddenly seeopportunities you missed before.
You will see pockets of time forself-care.
You will see joy in the mundane.
We are not just thinkingpositive.

It's not positive toxicity.
That's not what we're doing.
We are biologically.
Altering what your brainperceives is reality.
I mean, that makes sense, right?
So we've got the brain rewiredthat's handled.
Now let's integrate the energy.

Over the last 11 days, we haveworked on the chakras
individually.
The root for safety, the sacralwith creativity, the solar
plexes for power, the heart forlove, the throat, just speak
your authentic voice.
Third eye for intuition, and wewent above the crown to the soul

Star legacy.
Today we activate the centralchannel.
I want you to imagine a pillarof iridescent diamond white
light running straight throughthe center of your body.
It connects in, it connects deepinto the earth.

And it shoots up high into thecosmos.
When this channel is clear, whenyou aren't blocking your power
with resentment or your voicewith fear, manifestation isn't
magic girl.
It is physics.

You become a conduit.
Inspiration comes in through thecrown, moves down through your

Through your actions, youattract what you are.

Come back to your joy.
