On today's "Concert Queen Connect", we have Alanna Strauss, Senior Vice President of Fender, who is unveiling the American Vintage II series of electric guitars and basses at it's FIRST EVER immersive pop-up activation during Austin City Limits Music Festival. The second pop-up activation will be in Tokyo, Japan so this is a very special event happening for ONE DAY only in Austin, TX!
For this campaign, they have partnered with country music duo, Brothers Osborne, British vocalist, guitarist, singer and songwriter James Bay, legendary British rock guitarist, Jeff Beck & the Queen herself, Patti Smith!
They are giving away 51 of the 1951' Telecasters for the 1951 price at the activation today which is happening from 1pm - 5pm & 8pm - Midnight with performances by White Denim & Ringo Deathstarr. Artists will also have the opportunity to play Fender guitars and record directly onto vinyl at the pop-up today, collect Fender posters, sip on some complimentary cocktails.
