In recent years, the BCD Group’s footprint has risen to over 60 million sq.ft., with projects across verticals such as luxury, as well as middle to lower income housing, and the Group is now even working to establish a 1500 Cr real estate AIF, or Alternative Investment Fund, that will specialise in reviving economically stressed projects, along with Nisus Finance.
