Resumindo, com este entendimento sobre o design humano que cresceu absurdamente nas últimas 3 décadas, acredito que as prioridades de cada um e as métricas de sucesso escolar deveriam ser completamente repensadas, com o objetivo de colocar cada pessoa no caminho certo para atingir estas 2 jornadas.
o Uma jornada individual que leva ao desenvolvimento de um indivíduo autônomo, autoconsciente e com uma cognição bem treinada
o Uma jornada social e sistêmica que permite este indivíduo diferenciado estar conectado de forma efetiva com as pessoas e o mundo ao seu redor.
A natureza moldou o design humano para quê de tal forma, o sucesso nestas 2 jornadas fosse recompensado e o fracasso punido severamente. Isto é claramente uma simplificação, porém acredito que seja útil.
Acredito que não aplicar a ciência que já existe é negligência da sociedade e gostaria muito de enfatizar a importância de se traduzir a ciência que informa o caminho para o desenvolvimento pleno.
