Her mission is to help people -- and the ghosts they encounter so that they are all acknowledged and any situation can be comfortably resolved. She discussed what to do if you encounter a ghost, what her team does and how ghosts/Spirits were once human. Also, how respect and understanding are still key factors when handling the Spirit World.
