The premier episode of season 7 is with a newer friend of mine whom I've been hanging out with on IG with for a few years now. Her name is Tara Sun.

Tara Sun is the uplifting host of the popular women's podcast "Truth Talks with Tara" and the author of "Surrender Your Story" and "Overbooked and Overwhelmed". She is a dynamic speaker and creative, using each of these platforms to equip women with the tools to know, love and live God's Word in their daily lives. Tara's favorite titles are wife to her husband, Michael, and mom to their children. You'll find them living and serving the Lord in Oregon.

This conversation and book are two things that we all need as we enter into the fall season, where schedules feel like chaos and the slow rhythm of summer feels like a distant memory.

We don't have to be overbooked. We don't have to feel overwhelmed. 

We can choose today to set into place a few simple habits that help us break free from the cultural cycle of going, doing and being and walk in the peace that God promises to exchange for our anxieties.
