The saying "I'm my own worst critic" is a true statement in my life, maybe it has been in your own too. Whether it's others who are underestimating us or ourselves, it can do a number on our self-esteem and understanding our worth.
My wonderful friend Mary Marantz is releasing a book NEXT WEEK on this very topic! She has personal experience with being underestimated just like us, only she is on the other side of some of these struggles and is offering us all of the strategies to overcome them!
