💖 THE SELF-LOVE 2-STEP: Your Forgiveness Flow


Step 1: Create a Weekly “Forgiveness Flow” Ritual Set the scene: Light a candle. Create calm. Ask yourself: “What am I still carrying that no longer serves me?”

Write a letter to the version of you (or someone else) that needs forgiveness. Begin with: “You didn’t deserve that, and I love you anyway.” End with: “I love you. I forgive you. I release you.”

Make this your new sacred practice: Each week, write a love note or record a voice memo for the version of you who did the best she could with what she knew. No more punishment. Just grace.


Step 2: Replace Condemnation with Compassion Next time shame creeps in, pause. Say this instead: 👉 “That was a hard moment. But I showed up with what I had. And now, I choose to love myself anyway.”

BONUS: Forgive Forward Not for them — for you. Affirm: 👉 “I free you from my future, because I am done living in that past.”
