So the reset is this.
R is recognize the moment,name it naturally notice
what's coming up in your body.
Maybe you're feelingtightness in your chest.
And then notice the story thatis playing in the background.

You know the one thatsays, I'll mess this up.
Or you can't be serious.
You can't do that.
Reframe it by saying, thisis a moment not my identity.
And E is for exhale and regulate.
Friend, you know I love me.
Some good breath work.
Inhale for four.
Hold for four and exhale forsix and do this a few times.

unclench your jaw, drop your shouldersand relax and think of this mantra.
I am safe to go slow.
Because when your nervous systemis at an all time high, we have
got to regulate that thing.

right now, but you have to raise yourstandards and vibrate and focus higher.

Is it finally time to ship overthat draft, or do you just need
to decline that invitation kindly?
Do you need to take amuch more bolder move?
Is it time to have that toughconversation publish your
creation or share your big idea?
The important thing is not aboutlabeling it good or bad success

or failure, it's about collectingdata so you can make aligned and
educated decisions going forward.
So if you can just treat things like anexperiment instead of thinking it's the
end all, be all with this one action.
you can take the pressure off of yourselfand give yourself room to just breathe

Collect the data and then decide what'sthe next best aligned action because now
you have data to make educated decisions.
And then the T is for track.
Track the proof.
You have got to keep track of yourproof friend because you are collecting

That although it seems very doomand gloom in your mind, you are

of our self-trust is knowing thedifference between fear and intuition,
