Quitting without a job lined up has its positives and negatives which we have established. Quitting your job with another job lined up also has its positives and negatives. On that side of it, you may wonder how? You have another job lined up.
New job, new culture, new training, new management. You never TRULY know how much a job is for you until you’re in it. The company might align with your values and needs the department also might align. But it’s not until you are truly in it doing the work and connecting with everyone that you get to see if that new job happiness stays because you love where you’re at or if you’re not fulfilled again...
I think just because we’re in this great resignation where everyone wants to quit because of XYZ. We can easily fall into something that may or not be for us.
