Athena was my coaching buddy in school. It was a divine match and I quickly learned that to know Athena is a gift. In this episode she shares her journey through anxiety, raising daughters, and leaving corporate America. She also shares how losing her marriage helped her find herself. This woman is a coach you want cheering you through your life transitions. She knows what it takes to love yourself to the other side.
About Athena:
It’s my mission to empower women to reconnect to their true selves, accept and love themselves as they are, and put themselves first. I help women going through transitions in their life, gain clarity, courage, & confidence to find themselves again and create space in their lives to do what they love and brings them joy.
During my 21-year career at IBM, I found myself balancing family, career, and life. As we women tend to do, I put everyone else first and ultimately felt like I lost myself.
Through my own journey, I came to realize I loved helping and supporting others, and my desire to become a coach was born. I saw the benefits coaching has brought to my own life and I’m passionate about helping other women who feel disconnected from themselves transform their lives.
