Today I get to share somethingthat has been years in the
making a true milestone forIntuitive Reiki International.
For the very first time, I amofficially introducing you to
one of our own who is steppinginto a brand new role.

First intuitive Reiki licensee.
This is such a special moment,not just for me personally, but
for all of us who believe in theripple effect of reiki and
intuitive healing.

I just wanted to say a huge, bigcongratulations and I want to
start by announcing thebeautiful Sarah Doig, who is the
very first intuitive Reikiinternational licensee.
Yay.

It is such a huge milestone.

I've been planning and preparingand dreaming about this.
For so many years and we arehere.
I can't believe it.
So I just wanted to introduceyou to, my big community of
beautiful healers and, share alittle bit about your story and
your journey.
So what inspired you firstly, tobecome a Reiki Master and to

(02:46):
then take this next step intobecoming a licensee.

Sarah (02:51):
Well, it all comes back to well saying thank you, Lisa.
And again, it's such a privilegeto be, welcomed into the
Intuitive Reiki Internationalbecause it's very deep and
personal to myself and I willget to that I think when I,
begin to share that.
This really began with mypersonal, healing it gave me a

(03:16):
way to reconnect with myself andto find balance between so many
different realms and so manyplaces here on earth.
Whether it's me as a person, meas a mum, me as a mother, and

Lisa (03:28):
yeah, I was just going to say, there's so many different
hats that we wear, isn't it?

Sarah (03:31):
Yeah.
And the deeper layers.
And then within those layers,there's so many other things.
But I guess from there, it'sjust a never ending, expanding
field that takes you to placesthat isn't the places where
you've been before.
And that's the most powerful,magical place of reiki that's

(03:56):
just unexplainable.
And it's, it's honestly afrequency felt and, um over
time, I've witnessed someprofound shifts just in myself
and in others, we all have anopportunity to be our greatest
potential.
If there's something within thatthat inspires someone, then

(04:17):
yeah, we all get one shot.
To feel Reiki and to be a partof Reiki, I think is just one of
the best experiences to beginwith, and it all comes down to
love.

Lisa (04:29):
Ahhh Said so perfectly, Sarah, and I just think there
really is no greater privilege.
Is it then holding space forsomeone and as a master teacher
to see and to attune others andto see them open up to the
magic, like really?
The intuitive and spiritual sideof reiki is just magic.

(04:49):
That's like the best way todescribe it and the community
that you're gonna be buildingand the people you're gonna meet
and share and teach.
I just can't wait.
Sarah, what most excites youabout bringing intuitive Reiki
into your community down inDunsborough.

Sarah (05:06):
I guess bringing it into the community down here is all
about giving people theopportunity to, their greatest
potential in theirtransformation and however that
looks for them is however it'sgoing to be for them, and it's.

Lisa (05:22):
My open-minded down there.
Yeah.

Sarah (05:24):
Everyone's so loving.
Anyone, you know, to begin with.
It's such a beautiful place downhere.
A lot of people come down hereand they feel the healing energy
to begin with, but, but it's theconnection you can find on a
deeper layer.
Although there's a lot of peoplethat come in and out here,
there's still families here Alot of their partners are doing
fifo and one of those things iswith the tight families and that

(05:47):
is, we can all feel a littlevoid within ourselves and within
the family dynamic.
So if that's something that canhelp, other families and in the
communities down here, I thinkthat's really good.

Lisa (06:01):
There's that healing

Sarah (06:02):
energy in terms Yeah.
Yeah.
Within the families and.
It's one thing I'm, I can see inthe very, not so near future is,

Lisa (06:12):
well see.
You're getting ahead to my nextquestion.
What's your vision?
See, this is where we areconnected in and on an intuitive
level.
So your big vision for sharingreiki in your community, what
would be your big dream if youwere to fast forward maybe 10
years, what would that look

Sarah (06:28):
like?
Oh, 10 years.
Oh my God.
I dont know that, let's juststart with like maybe two years,
but, well, I had a little bit ofan experience the other day
where I offered, um, my time togo and do some reiki at a center
here.
And it wasn't until I got inthat space and I was helping the
educators, I saw.

(06:49):
A different layer that was, Ikind of was hiding behind my own
layer, and that was the mumrole.
But then it was seeing mum's ona different level, whether it's
they're looking after your kidsor their teachers, whatever.
I'd just seen this differentlayer and I just went, what

(07:09):
about the people out there that.
You know, taking care of otherpeople.
Like,

Lisa (07:15):
it's like heal the healers.

Sarah (07:16):
And I was like, because no one's asking them to do that.
Nurture

Lisa (07:19):
the nurturers.

Sarah (07:21):
Yeah.
And what comes with the reiki isnot just a technique, it remind
you of the compassionate actionin everything and what comes
with that is integrity.
Yeah, and it's the integritybehind Intuitive Riki

(07:42):
International that I am, I don'teven know the word to explain
it, but it speaks volumes, sofor me, it's just bringing it
back to that place of what'spractical and simple.
It's the whole, and it's, it'smore than that.
And just for people to reallystart trusting themselves and

(08:03):
what comes from all of thosehuman self, there's another side
of everything.
And, the divinity.

Lisa (08:10):
The divinity within.

Sarah (08:12):
Yeah.
And I really, really, reallywant to try my hardest to move
people past the place of dualitybecause we, I think it's a time,
you know, Reiki can really giveus a beautiful part of ourselves
to be in polarisation to findtheir divinity, so

Lisa (08:33):
mm-hmm.
Through that, through yeah.
inspiration, which brings us allback to one oneness, doesn't it?
Back to that connection andseeing.
The world from, I guess aspiritual perspective, from
love's perspective,

Sarah (08:49):
from human harmonisers t he divinity of everything Yeah.

Lisa (08:51):
That's so exciting.
And lastly, Sarah, just for fun,what's one thing you love doing
outside of Reiki that helps youto stay?
Balanced and inspired other thanyour children.
'cause I know that would be thefirst thing you'll say.
My kids.
My kids.
I love my kids.
Beautiful mother.
That's a given.
They're,

Sarah (09:09):
you know, they just, they blend in like, um.
Reiki.

Lisa (09:15):
We've just finished a learn to channel course and
Sarah was just telling meearlier that her community have
come and given her food and shewas just saying the friends of
her boys were just literallybathing her baby so she could be
online.
And I just think that's justmagic.
She didn't ask and just theydidn't, they didn't even know.
All these beautiful people justcame out to help and there's,

(09:38):
there's just such a givingquality that when you give so
much of yourself, Sarah, itcomes back and I just think, I
can't wait to see the rippleeffect of your.
Alignment and for me as a, as afounder of Intuitive Reiki, to
kind of back you and support youand help you to get out into the
community because I got to thepoint where I just can't do it

(09:59):
on my own.
So we're teaming up and I'm soexcited.
So what is it that grounds youand inspires you?

Sarah (10:07):
The human self?
Yeah.

Lisa (10:09):
Personal

Sarah (10:10):
being me just.
Doing whatever I need to do toget me through the day, and you
know, whether that's.
Watching a movie by myself.
Okay.
Yeah.
Running away from the kids andhiding and watching a movie.
Um, chucking on some music whileI get through the whatever.
It just, whatever.
Having a, a nice, it could be anice glass of wine down at the

(10:33):
beach with my family, or,

Lisa (10:34):
well, you live in, you live.
Whatever.
You live in paradise, so whywouldn't you watch a sunset with
your beautiful family and aglass of wine and cheese and
bickies on the beach, like itjust sounds like heaven to me.
Perhaps you could do a reiki, aReiki group out there on the
beach, maybe without the wine.

Sarah (10:53):
Yeah, well, there's lots of whales out there at the
moment, so they're

Lisa (10:58):
exciting.

Sarah (10:59):
Migrating their beautiful rays of light at the moment.
So that's another thing thatI've been actually working on a
little bit quietly in thebackground, is I've been
videoing and yeah, seeing somebeautiful things come through.
So there's so much to learn whenit comes to reiki as well.
Like we're in a different placeon this earth right now and

(11:21):
however that looks, but you knowwhat?
It's, you can be anyone.
You can be anything.
It's just, at the end of theday, we all wanna feel loved and
we all want to feel safe inwhatever it is we are going
through.

Lisa (11:34):
We've packaged it up and we'll be able to take that
energy out and uplift andinspire and hold others.
And that's the path you're onnow, Sarah, and it is such a
privilege for me to know that Iget to work with you and we get
to make a bigger impacttogether.
