Today we're diving into a topicthat touches all of us at some

Those reoccurring patterns inlife that seem to keep us stuck,
whether in relationships, careerchoices, or even our personal
habits.

So let's begin by understandingwhy we fall into these patterns

in the first place.
Think of your energy as a streamcarving a path through the sand.
Over time, the stream followsthe same route, making it deeper
and harder to change course.
This is what happens in our lifewhen unresolved emotions or
experiences create energeticgrooves.

These grooves often stem frompast traumas, limiting beliefs,
Or even inherited patterns fromfamily or society.
For example, if you grew upbelieving that you had to earn
love by pleasing others, youmight find yourself stuck in a
pattern of overgiving andneglecting your own needs.

The energy of that belief keepspulling you back time and time
again into similar situations,no matter how hard you try to
break free.
Does that sound familiar?
Now, here's the good news.
Patterns are not permanent.
They are simply reflections ofthe energy that we hold.
And when we shift our energy,guess what?

We shift the pattern as well.
So the role of Reiki in breakingpatterns, this is where Reiki
comes in.
Reiki works by clearingenergetic patterns blocks and
balances your energy field.
Imagine those grooves in thesand again.
Reiki doesn't just fill them in,it softens and reshapes the

landscape, allowing your energyto now flow in new and healthier
directions.
To make this more tangible, letme share Kylie's story.
Kylie came to me feeling stuckand she was in a cycle of self
doubt and fear, especially whenit came to pursuing her creative
dreams.
During one of our live,channeling classes, we uncovered

old energy that was tied tofeelings of failure from her
past.
And as this energy was released,Kylie began to feel lighter and
more confident and more able totake small courageous steps
towards her goals.

When energy is blocked, it canmanifest as.

In the physical level, fatigue,tension, or even chronic pain,
emotional heaviness, we can getanxiety, feel sad or
frustration, or mental loops,just reoccurring thoughts of
self-doubt, fear, or worry.
Now, recognizing these signs isthe first step to healing.

Your body and emotions arealways communicating with you.
Offering clues about where yourenergy might need attention.
So let's do a quick exercise toreflect on your own patterns.
Pause the podcast, grab ajournal or just take a mental
note.
Think about a reoccurringsituation in your life where you

(07:50):
feel stuck.
Perhaps it's a relationshipdynamic or a career roadblock or
even a personal habit that youjust can't seem to shake.
I want you to ask yourself, whatemotions arise when I think
about this pattern?

(08:11):
Where might this pattern haveoriginated?
Was there a specific moment, abelief, or even an experience
that planted the seed?
And what small step could I taketo respond differently the next

(08:34):
time this pattern shows up?
And lastly, how can I bring morelove and compassion to myself as
I work through this?
Just take a few moments now toreflect because the act of

(08:55):
bringing awareness to thesequestions is already a powerful
step towards positive change.
And now I'd like to share amessage from my guide Anya who
often speaks about patterns asopportunities for growth.
I'm just going to take a fewmoments to bring Anya through

and see what she has to say onthis topic.

Yes, yes, we're here.
We're here.
Ahh, we are very interested inhelping you to understand this
from a spiritual perspective.
So looking at different ways inwhich the patterns can show up
in your life.
One way is to understand theconnection between your
thoughts, the thoughts thatyou're thinking, and also the

(10:04):
emotions that you areexperiencing because your
emotions lead you to anunderstanding of whether the
thoughts that you're thinkingare in alignment with positivity
or unconditional love, orwhether you are acting out of a
predisposition coming fromperhaps some of the programming,

(10:25):
some of the societal, or evenphysical, familial programming,
and it can be a quick way toengage and understand what might
be driving the thoughts, theemotions, the feelings that
you're experiencing on a day today basis.
So when we talk about looking atthings from a higher plane or

(10:48):
from a higher spiritualperspective, we're giving you an
understanding that the emotionswill lead you into an awareness
and awareness is looking atthings from a higher vantage
point and when you can bring anawareness a broader perspective
to some of the problems and thechallenges that you're facing as

(11:10):
an example was given earlier ofself doubt or that inner
criticism that perhaps can comefrom a feeling of fear of
failure or Or any kind ofemotional block, we usually find
that when there is a greatdesire to achieve something,
then quite often there is greatresistance because it has an

(11:31):
energy of pressure that comesbecause it is a desired outcome.
And when you focus on thedesired outcome, it can take you
out of the present moment andbring you into that energy of
concern.
And when you can take a fewmoments to reflect, this is the
part we feel that humans keepthemselves so busy in their day

(11:55):
to day world that they go frommoment to moment without giving
adequate time to really justsoftening into the reflective
phase.
We would like to introducemoments that you can find and
create time for positivereflection, such as when you're
going to bed, you can, Tap inwith a Reiki session where you

(12:20):
can give yourself healing, bringyour hands to your body and just
allow yourself to have thatintention to look back upon your
day and look at where there wereperhaps some struggles or where
you're experiencing difficulty.
difficulty or where self doubt,comes up and starts to limit
your experiences.

(12:42):
And when you take the time towork with Reiki, you can often
reflect back on where is thiscoming from?
Where is the thought, thefeeling that is creating the
anxiety or the worry or thetension.
And quite often when you allowyourself to explore, it's
recognizing then that there's abelief inherent that perhaps can

(13:05):
be addressed or can beunderstood.
And it is not simply aboutrecognizing or identifying where
you're right or where you'rewrong.
It is looking at just deepeningyour understanding and sometimes
the programs and beliefs arecreated when you're quite young
or created when you're in adifferent circumstance or
experience that it is beneficialto address them and sometimes

(13:31):
look at those limiting beliefsand changing them out.
And it is essential.
identifying them.
Perhaps that feeling of, Oh,what if, in Lisa's case, what if
there is not an adequate channelor what if she's not able to
clear her mind, to the degreewith which she can bring through
our wisdom and our clarity.

(13:52):
And that limiting belief issomething that has created a
stumbling block for her in herpathway forward.
And it is understanding andidentifying that that limiting
belief does not serve her and infact, When she actually reflects
back over the past, she's awarethat we're able to interact with

(14:14):
you through her, even though shehas doubts and insecurities
around her ability to channelclear and effective messages.
So we use this as an example forthose that are starting to learn
how to trust her intuition andstarting to blend with their
guides.
And starting to get intuitiveinsights and messages through it

(14:34):
is quite common that the mindhas an ability to sit alongside
the channeled messages, stillarguing about its relevance and
whether the message is clearenough or whether the message is
profound enough.
And this comes back down to, inthis example, the human's
intention and the human'sexpectation on oneself.

(14:56):
This example can be appliedacross multiple different things
that you struggle with, whetherit's coming from a desire to
want to be needed by thosearound you, whether it comes
from a desire to want to keepothers happy.
And there are all kinds ofthings that drive our behavior

(15:18):
and therefore give us thoseemotions and experiences based
on the thoughts and the beliefsthat are held deep within the
consciousness a belief is just athought that you keep thinking
and so it can easily bechallenged and replaced.
This is what is necessary whenyou are wanting to change your

(15:41):
state in order to move into moregrace and flow, it can be done
within a, meditation process orwithin just some quiet self
reflection, or it can be donewith the guidance of a healer or
a channel or a medium or even afriend that can allow you the
space to explore some of thosedifferent Deeper thoughts behind

(16:04):
the actions.

You could try a groundingmeditation.
I did this today in my Reikisession because I was not
prepared when my client arrivedand was in a bit of stress
state.
The quickest way for me to getinto an open and receptive state
for a Reiki session was to do agrounding technique.

You can, use lots of differentmeditations, that will help you
to ground.
It helps you to calm your energyand brings clarity to the root
of the pattern.
And you can, of course, book aReiki session if you're ready to
clear those energetic groovesand create lasting change.
Reiki is a wonderful way tobegin.
