I wanna start with somethingsimple, because almost every
spiritual entrepreneur I know,including me, started right
here.
Most of us didn't begin with a.
Big business plan or a bigvision.
We began with something likeReiki intuition or energy work

and how it helped us personally.
It brought clarity, it broughthealing, and really a sense of
coming home to ourselves.
And then quietly, someone asked,can you do this for me?
So here's your first invitation,not a big leap.
Just a gentle one.
Offer a session or two tosomeone you trust, a friend, a
family member.

No pressure, no labels.
Just notice how it feels in yourbody.
Notice what lights up.
Notice what flows naturally.
That feeling, that spark isoften the first sign that you
are ready for more.
Now if you are already on thispath and filling the nudge to
expand, I wanna share a storywith you about one of my

students.
She was invited to run a Reikishare group.
Nothing huge, just a smallgathering.
She almost said no.
She told herself she wasn'tconfident enough.
She hadn't been practicing reikifor long enough.
She didn't know enough and shejust ultimately felt that she
wasn't ready, but she said yesanyway, just once.

And in that moment, somethingclicked.
She realized she wasn'tpretending to be a teacher.
She actually was one.
So here's your next step.
Say yes.
To the next aligned opportunity.
Even if your voice shakes alittle bit, even if your mind
wants to talk you out of it, youdon't need to commit forever.

This is what I used to do, trickmyself by saying, I'll just do
it once.
That's often where theconfidence is born because it's.
Not before the action, butbecause we take the action and
if you're feeling ready to grow,to expand, and to step into
leadership in a way that feelsreally authentic to you, here is
another gentle challenge.

Share what you already know.
In a new way.
That might be a small workshop,a guided circle, a short
training, a mini course, apodcast.
Nothing fancy, nothing perfect.
Just one way of teaching orsharing your wisdom this week
because growth doesn't come fromwaiting until we feel ready.

It comes from really trustingourselves enough.
