Alejandro Blas Rodríguez Arellano, actual juez laboral en funciones con una trayectoria de 26 años en el servicio público, busca continuar su compromiso con una justicia laboral digna, accesible y profundamente humana.
Actualmente cursa una maestría en Derecho del Trabajo y se ha formado en el Instituto de Formación y Actualización del Poder Judicial del Estado. Su propuesta se enfoca en tres ejes esenciales:
Simplificación de procedimientos, para que la justicia laboral sea más ágil, clara y efectiva.
Trato digno y humano a las y los justiciables, reconociendo que detrás de cada caso hay una historia de vida.
Capacitación y sensibilización del servidor público, para garantizar que el juicio no sea solo un trámite, sino una experiencia respetuosa y transformadora.
Alejandro Blas cree en una impartición de justicia donde el derecho laboral se entienda como una herramienta de protección social, y el juez sea un garante real de los derechos humanos y la equidad entre las partes.
