Con vocación de servicio público y una firme convicción en la justicia como herramienta de bienestar social, Karen Paola de la Rosa Andazola busca refrendar su labor como jueza laboral en funciones en el Distrito 05-Bravos, reafirmando su compromiso con una justicia imparcial, pronta y con enfoque humano.
Licenciada en Derecho, con maestría en Administración de Negocios Internacionales y actualmente cursando una maestría en Derecho del Trabajo, Karen ha construido su trayectoria en el servicio público, combinando experiencia judicial y formación continua.
Su visión de mejora en el ámbito laboral se basa en tres pilares fundamentales:
Fortalecer la justicia laboral con cercanía y equidad, garantizando el respeto a los derechos de trabajadores y empleadores.
Gestionar mayores recursos para agilizar audiencias y trámites, haciendo más eficiente el acceso a la justicia.
Dignificar el trabajo desde la función jurisdiccional, promoviendo una justicia accesible, ética y socialmente responsable.
