In this episode, I interview Mary Beth Shramlin founder of A Mindful Place located in LaPorte, IN. We discuss her journey of being a counselor to discovering laughter yoga, and how this path eventually led her birthing A Mindful Place into being. A Mindful Place, started in 2010 as Singing Bowl Workshops, it is a community based program dedicated to mind, body and spirit.
