Envy, one of the '7 Deadly Sins' and an emotion I am sure we are all too familiar with. In this week's episode, I wanted to discuss some of the pitfalls of envy, and how we can work to shape this seemingly negative emotion, into a more positive one! Yes, envy can lead to a positive outcome, believe it or not.
We all know how crappy being envious can feel and how it impacts on our relationships, so I hope that this episode helps to shed a light on how a few changes in our thought process can end up benefitting both us and society as a whole.
