I had the pleasure of speaking with Arretres Hollins, a Certified Mental Health Coach, teacher, and wife coach. She guides women as they heal from their husband’s infidelity through powerful faith-based coaching. Her style is magnetic. We spoke about what qualifies as infidelity, the changes that can happen in a marriage due to inside and outside stressors, and how to look within yourself to begin the healing process.
