COPE and The Human Condition
We are the founding members of the Council of the People of Earth, otherwise known as C.O.P.E. Our purpose is to begin the discussion of uniting the human race to form one large governing body for our species.The Human Condition is a theory centered around a constant reflection on the current state of human relations as it pertains to the overall wellness of the human species. This wellness is sometimes referred to as a connection, bond, or link that is the tethering force that binds all humans together regardless of labels.

Here are my thoughts and reactions to the incident where Will Smith smacked Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. I'm also tying this into the human condition and human behavior.
One of the most important trials of our time - The State of Minnesota vs. Derek Chauvin, aka the George Floyd trial, we're reviewing the trial in its entirety. Beginning with motions before the opening statements, and we'll be reviewing all the key moments from opening statements, trial, closing, impact statements, verdict all the way through to sentencing.
How do we define ourselves? Or better yet, how would one characterize our species? In episode 5 of COPE and The Human Condition, we're discussing what is a human, what it means to be a human. We're looking at the human traits and characteristics, strengths, abilities, superpowers, weaknesses, etc.
We see a trend in poorly named movements and groups (e.g. Black Lives Matter and "Defund the Police"). Is this due to an increase in enrollment for degrees in the science and technology fields? Are we focusing more on science and tech and less on humanities? If you're an English or History major, what are your options for a career path (besides teacher)?
