In this week's episode, I sit down with my ex-husband, Paul Burkhardt, and have some intensely vulnerable discussions about what it was like to be married to me as I went through the toughest part of my spiritual awakening and the breakdown of our marriage. I had hopes that we would be able to provide insight that may help someone in our shoes. While I am not sure if we did that or not, what we did do was be the change, which is my whole motto. We demonstrated responsibility, healing, and growth, and for that I am grateful to share this rawness with you.
