(00:58):
You've got ideas, but theyscatter like dust.
A vision that's solid, butsystems you don't trust.
You've mapped it, you've namedit, you've whispered it loud,
but you're stuck in your brain, lost up in the cloud.
You try to delegate, but don'tknow what to say, so you spiral
in silence and push it away.
You think automation is cold, stiff, and dry, but really it's
(01:19):
how your intentions can fly.
It's not about bots or apps witha glitch, it's about giving your
clarity one simple switch.
So if your mind's tired ofcarrying the weight, let's
breathe some new space into howyou operate.
You don't need another idea, youneed the space to make your
ideas the stream ofconsciousness, your mental flow
(01:43):
move.
Air is the element of structurethat breathes, not boxes you in,
if that's what you think of astructure, but clears the mental
clutter, the chaos, helps youand supports you to hold the
vision, to implement it, and tokeep your strategy moving at the
(02:03):
pace of your energy.
Air moves quickly.
It wants to be able to shapeshift and adapt, and you need to
be able to give it the space todo so in a way that's supportive
to you.
If fire lit the match that beganthis series and water taught you
how to feel it in the lastepisode, air is the one that
(02:27):
gets it organized, repeatable,and supported.
I like to use the idea ofautomation when I talk about the
air element in business and whenI do so, I'm not just talking
about tech so bear with me, Ihave a much bigger perspective
around what automation is anddoes, what our role is around
(02:49):
it, and the superpower that itgives us to be able to turn our
ideas, our visions intosomething that's implemented,
basically like a spell that getsenacted.
So again, automation is not justcold tech.
The truth is it's energeticclarity in motion.
(03:10):
It is your systems learning tothink like you so that they're
an extension of you and don'tdrain you.
When you pair that with cosmictiming and clear awareness of
what's actually happening insideof your business, it stops
relying on your brain to keep itrunning.
This episode is about freeingyour mental bandwidth to focus
(03:33):
on what matters and to occupymore of your genius zone inside
your business, building thestructures that actually help
you breathe easier, and learningto move with the wind of air
instead of against it.
We are going to talk about whyautomation isn't just tech, it's
your energetic clarity inmotion.
(03:54):
The real reason systems feelhard, and how to make them
breathable and spacious.
Why your brain blocks money whenit only sees one path to get
what you need.
How cosmic timing supportsadaptability and keeps your
energy moving.
Perspective as strategy, howaltitude unlocks aligned
(04:18):
decisions.
And how to systemize your geniusso your business can breathe
without burning you out.
Let's get into it.
If you're new here and youhaven't heard me talk about my
frame of automation, it is notsomething that I consider to be
just in the tech realm.
Again, as I've said a coupletimes already, it is your
(04:39):
energetic clarity in motion, instructure.
So it's not about ditching thesoul or the essence of your
work, it's actually aboutextending or projecting it into
systems that can support youbecause they are mirrors of, or
extensions of your processes, the way you think, the way you
(05:03):
want things to unfold, the wayyou want energy to move through
your business.
It's only possible when you arebuilding from that place of
clarity.
You need to know the design, youneed to know the blueprint, you
need to be connected with thevision.
And then from that knowing thatyou already do inside of you,
(05:23):
that knowing of what you do, ofhow you do it, of what it's
meant to feel like for theperson receiving it, the user
experience, the client orcustomer journey, this is all
part of the vitality of yourbusiness.
And when you're really clearwhat you want that to look like,
(05:43):
you're able to systemize andautomate it so that it can
happen reliably without youhaving to man or tend it
constantly.
Just like your life reflectsyour internal beliefs and
energetic set points, yourbusiness reflects your internal
clarity and the state andrelationship of your nervous
(06:04):
system.
Just like your life can only beas dialed as you are intentional
about what you're creating orco-creating inside of it, your
systems cannot be clearer thanyou are.
If you're resisting automation, let this be an opening and an
opportunity to consider that itmight not actually be the tech
that's turning you off.
(06:26):
It might be the discomfort ofbeing seen in your process.
The discomfort of the gapbetween where you are now and
actual clarity of design aroundhow you want your business to
run.
If you're not sure about thedetails and the processes and
the steps.
If you haven't taken the time toreally get in there and see
(06:50):
what's going on in your mind andwhat you think about and what
the steps are, if you haven'twritten them down, right?
If you don't have SOPs, if it'sall just in your head in an
unconscious way, you are notactually able to automate in a
way that feels good, in a waythat feels in flow.
There's nothing clear to be ableto extend into your tech systems
(07:14):
so that they are a projection oran extension of you, your magic,
your essence, your genius.
Because truly that's where themagic lives.
When your internal design, whichof course I love to use the tool
of astrology to understand whatthose inner workings are, what
makes you unique, special, anddifferent, when that can be
(07:35):
translated into something thatsomeone else or some tech tool
through automation can run withfor you, you're off to the races
and you can focus on what youneed to be focusing on.
This is sacred strategy, and ifthis is a new perspective for
you, it's that to do so, you'renot outsourcing anything, you're
(07:57):
expressing.
It's coming from within andbeing expressed and systemized
without.
If this discomfort is familiarto you, let's look at now the
real reason that systems feelhard and how to make them more
breathable and more spacious.
If you've ever said or thoughtto yourself, I hate systems,
(08:17):
what you likely mean is I hateother people's systems, ones
that were not designed for youby you and are not an extension
of you.
Because breathable systems arenot rigid, they're adaptive,
just like you are.
They're designed around how younaturally move and they're able
to move with you.
(08:37):
Alternatively, when your systemsfeel stifling, it's usually
because they weren't built fromyour language, your rhythm, or
your design.
They were not built around whatmatters to you.
The air element reminds us thatstructure should serve
circulation.
If it chokes your energy, if itmakes you feel stagnant, it's
(08:58):
not a sacred container, it's atrap.
So let's together reframesystems as part of your spell
work.
A form of it that lets yourenergy move further, faster, and
with less friction, so you canfocus on your genius zone and
the stuff that you actually wantto be doing, right?
(09:18):
You shouldn't be playing robot, you shouldn't be having to do
things over and over orconstantly rethink how did you
do it before.
You should be, and hopefullyare, embracing more and more the
optimization that is possible, the efficiency that is available
to you, the time that gets freedwhen you turn your processes
(09:41):
into systems.
This is what I call automation.
It starts with an inside job, iteventually gets supported by the
tech tools that are available tous that are just becoming more
and more helpful all the timewith AI and is a big part of the
air element inside yourbusiness.
(10:01):
Now let's ground this train ofthinking into money specifically
and the money flow of yourbusiness.
Here's what happens when you canonly with your mind, your air
mental energy, see one path orone way that money could come,
or maybe you can't see any atall.
(10:23):
Maybe you're in the place ofknowing how much you need to
bring in and not even believingthat it's possible.
Not seeing a single pathwaywhereby that could happen or not
allowing yourself to because youdon't actually believe it's
possible.
Either way, if your braindoesn't believe it's possible at
all or thinks that there's onlyone way to hit your revenue
(10:44):
goals through income streamswithin or outside of your
business, you're either going towhite knuckle it through or
ultimately burn out.
You're not going to be in thespace of spacious receptivity
where money comes in, because ofcourse you're going to bring in
enough to cover yourexpenditures.
(11:05):
That's balance, that's bydesign, that's alignment.
But if you block it with yourbrain, you're getting in the
way.
The thing about air and thatmental sphere is air wants
options.
Air wants spacious options.
Spaciousness to be able to moveand have other pathways that you
didn't even think of.
It thrives when there is spacefor that movement, when the how
(11:30):
itself is flexible and when newroots can emerge as needed.
This is why clarity, that mentalair superpower, expands your
receiving when it comes to moneyflow.
Because when your brain can seemultiple pathways for that money
that you need, that specificamount that you know needs to
(11:51):
come in to arrive, you cansoften.
Again, you don't need to knowthe how, but what you do need to
do is give your brain what itneeds, show your brain how many
different ways that it couldhappen so that you can break out
of that limitation that comesfrom its doubts.
That's why mapping out thosepossibilities, actually showing
(12:14):
yourself through differentincome streams, different
timelines, different offers andquantities, and playing with all
of that stuff actually opens upthe mental and energetic space
for the miracle to come throughessentially, this or something
better.
You know what you need to bringin.
(12:35):
You show your mind, look, there's so many different ways
that this could happen.
You continue to do the work andshow up and be of service, and
ultimately you've created thatopen spaciousness for the how
that you didn't even think of tosolve that puzzle essentially.
So systems in general, butspecifically in this case, don't
(12:58):
just keep you on track, eye onthe prize, they actually show
you how many tracks there reallyare so that you open your mind
to new possibilities.
Speaking of an open, adaptablemind, when you get stuck in your
own mental loops, your energygets clogged up.
Very little is able to move inyour reality so that the moving
(13:22):
parts can reorient themselves togive you what you want and have
asked for.
But air doesn't want to loop, itwants to move, it wants to
expand, and that's why I createdthe Cosmic Current, which is my
weekly newsletter that gets sentevery Mercury Day Wednesday,
that syncs your strategy withthe stars, with the transits,
(13:44):
with the moving energeticterrain that is indicated by the
cosmic weather each week.
So you're able to stay clear, but adaptable and attuned to
what actually matters right nowin the moment, the opportunities
available to you in the current.
It is cosmic perspectivegrounded in your business
(14:06):
reality and practicality, and itwill help you to ride the winds
and the waves instead of chasingthem or getting knocked down by
them.
If you're not already, you cansubscribe to the Cosmic Current
at cosmicb.link/current.
In there you'll also get eachweek's podcast episode delivered
(14:28):
to you, each week's ZodiacUnhinged Roast delivered to you,
as part of that weekly series.
If you haven't checked those outalready, they are awesome, and
some behind the screens peeksinto my life as a business owner
building mine back up postpivot.
(14:48):
So again, you can subscribe toget those weekly in your inbox
at cosmicb.link/current.
And on that note, let's now lookat how cosmic timing and being
aware of the shifting energeticsfrom moment to moment supports
the adaptability that air cravesand keeps your energy moving.
(15:08):
Because the thing is trying toplan anything without awareness
of the timing around it is liketrying to sail without checking
the wind.
Air wants to move, but not allwind moves in the same
direction.
Air is volatile and unreliableat best.
So aligning your actions withcosmic timing, the map that we
(15:33):
have available to us to betterunderstand those unseen
energetics, which of course youcan look at all of the transits
happening from moment to momentas a business owner and as
someone that offers this lensand this mirror for other
business owners, I don't look atall of the details.
(15:53):
What I like to focus on is whenplanets change signs entering
into new phases and chapters oftheir story, and the opportunity
is available for us to leverage, the lunar phases so that we can
be in alignment with thatmanifestation cycle every month
and every six months, and whenplanets go direct and retrograde
(16:15):
so that we can better orientourselves with whether different
parts of us are meant to befocused more inward or more
outward, and we can entrain tothat rhythm.
Basically, I'm talking abouttuning into these different
energetic seasons as they shift, which helps you shift when you
move and how so you can be inalignment.
(16:36):
And this is how we avoidburnout.
We launch when the tides supportit, we rest when it's low wind,
and we pivot when the currentchanges.
Now, I'm not saying you have topin yourself down to any of
this, but I do know and haveexperience that just being aware
of it helps you to naturallyattune to it.
(16:59):
So it's not like you're beingtold to shift in ways that don't
feel aligned with where you are,it helps you to tune into those
subtler energies that you werealready aware of anyway, so that
you can better attune to them.
When it comes to business, beingaware of this cosmic lens keeps
your strategies alive, not stuckin some quarterly plan that
(17:22):
doesn't actually feel like afit.
And when it comes to strategyfrom the air elements
perspective, perspective iseverything, perspective is
strategy.
This is why altitude, being ableto move back and get a bird's
eye view is how you unlockaligned decision making in your
(17:44):
business.
One of the greatest gifts of airis distance.
Not to disconnect, which is theshadow side of it, but to be
able to gain the clarity of thatperspective.
Because when you zoom out, youstop reacting and latching on to
certain things, and you startdiscerning through seeing the
(18:04):
bigger picture.
And from that vantage point, you're no longer chasing tasks,
you're designing outcomes andworking toward them one step at
a time.
Most business owners operatefrom urgency and reactivity, but
air gives you the elevation sothat you can start to see the
patterns, the pressure points, and the areas that need and want
(18:28):
your attention.
This is especially true when itcomes to the money flow of your
business, it's lifeline and whatbecomes possible and available
to you when you can actually seeall of the moving parts in one
view.
Think of it like wind across amap.
It doesn't barrel through everyobstacle.
(18:48):
It's part of everything, and itadjusts and flows and finds the
openings where needed.
Systems and strategies become somuch more aligned when they're
built from this vantage point, from this altitude and that
bigger picture knowing thatbecomes possible and available
for you, that helps you to beresponsive instead of reactive
(19:11):
and align every decision youmake to the bigger design and
your bigger intention.
So, how do you systemize yourgenius so your business can
breathe without burning you out?
Firstly, you don't have to beyour business's entire mental
engine.
Circling back, this is the powerof automation and it needs to be
(19:33):
a regular process that everystep of the way of landing on
processes and workflows anddecisions that you are
experimenting with, that end upworking for you and you want to
bake in, those need to leaveyour mind.
Your mind is ultimately theproducer, but you need to then
(19:56):
project and express those ideasout into SOPs, onto a document,
in conversations with people onyour team, right?
You need to get it out frombeing all in your head because
your best ideas deserve support, not the pressure of having to
hold them all yourself.
(20:16):
That is the spaciousness the airwants, and that's why your
business needs to live outsideyour head.
When you systemize your genius, whether it's your offers, your
content creation processes, yourclient experiences, or your
backend money flow, it gets tomove and happen reliably without
(20:38):
needing you 24/7.
This is the bridge between airand earth, where ideas get
grounded into rhythm, into form, into structure that can support
you and ultimately intofinancial flow that can sustain
you.
So look, if you take nothingelse away from this episode,
(20:59):
remember that you don't actuallyneed to do more, you need to
afford yourself being able tothink less.
You need to let your systemshold the spells you are already
casting.
You need to let your visionbreathe outside your brain so
that your strategies can movelike air, light, clear, and
(21:23):
responsive to the biggerpicture.
Because the more you build fromthat space of clarity, the less
you have to chase consistency ortry to force yourself to be
consistent.
You're able to just naturally,as part of the flow that those
systems support and the moreyour systems think like you, the
(21:45):
more you feel like you canactually rest, create, and
respond to what's really here,be in the moment and focus on
what actually needs yourattention.
Remember, if you want supportstaying in the rhythm with the
cosmic wins that move yourbusiness, make sure that you're
subscribed to the Cosmic Currentat cosmicb.link/current And with
(22:09):
that, I'll see you in the nextone when we ground into the
Earth element.
