Ever feel like you're on a money roller coaster that never stops? One day you're celebrating a cash injection, the next you're stressing about slow sales. Here's what most people miss: you're not actually on a roller coaster at all.

You're on a spiral. And that changes everything.

When you understand that your money flow, your creative cycles, and even cosmic timing all move in spirals rather than circles, you stop getting whiplashed by the highs and lows. Instead, you start seeing the steady trajectory that's been there all along.

In this episode...

πŸŒ€ Why thinking "spiral" instead of "circle" completely shifts how you experience your money flow

⚑ How cosmic transits prove that no season (sweet or brutal) lasts forever

🌊 The truth about provision and deprivation cycles in nature and why both are essential

πŸ’Έ Why your current sales slump isn't personal and what's really happening in the market right now

πŸ—οΈ The one simple practice that reveals your true trajectory beneath all the noise

This isn't about pretending the lows don't exist or forcing toxic positivity. It's about recognizing that whether you're in a valley or on a peak, you're still moving forward on a path that's bigger than this moment. When you can see and track that spiral path, you stop getting swept away by temporary circumstances and start building real stability.

Ready to find your steady line beneath the ups and downs? This episode shows you exactly how to anchor into the spiral that's already carrying you forward.

The tide rolls in.
The tide rolls out.
Provision, deprivation, that'swhat it's all about.
The stars above keep weavingtheir song.
Transits remind us, we're neverhere long.
Some days you're high ridingwinds with delight.
Next day you're stuck and can'tget it to right.
But neither extreme is the wholeof your chart, the spiral path

(01:21):
shows the truest part.
Your build, your money, yourcosmic queue, it's not just the
peak, the valley counts too.
Track the line that runs steadyand clear,'cause that's where
momentum builds year after year.
So if you've been dizzy fromhighs and from lows, stay with
me, we'll spiral where claritygrows.

(01:43):
Let's get into it.
It is no news to you that lifeis cyclical, right?
But what I really want to focuson in this episode is that those
cycles are spirals not circles.
It's a convention to understandthe circle that we are riding

(02:04):
around and the phases that arethe kind of rounding of the
corner of our experience ofgoing round and round.
But in reality, there is aspiral that is also moving us in
a direction.
This episode is inspired bysomething I heard recently that

(02:27):
really stuck with me and rootedinto the value of anchoring
ourselves into thisunderstanding, because this idea
that sometimes we are providedfor and sometimes it feels like
we are being deprived and thatroller coaster that we might

(02:48):
experience, where sometimes itfeels like we're high and
sometimes it feels like we'relow and there's always movement
through those cycles, but thatultimately, whatever that
snapshot of the moment is, isnot the full picture.
It's the circle that is withinthe spiral that is really

(03:10):
defining the path of ourmomentum.
I just love this idea of thespiral path.
We talk about the middle path orthe middle way, but implied, but
unsaid in that is that we arecircling or spiraling around it
to define where that is.
That's why I like thinking aboutthis as the spiral path.

(03:34):
Where, whether it be the cosmictiming of the chapters that are
unfolding, or nature's rhythm,or the creative cycles circling
and spiraling within us, or themoney flow cycles that naturally
come with ebb and with flow, allof this reveals the actual,

(03:56):
seemingly invisible unlessyou're tracking and paying
attention and bringing yourawareness too, but this
trajectory beneath the momentaryroller coaster.
In this episode, we're going totalk about why cosmic transits
show us that no season, nomatter how sweet or how brutal,

(04:17):
lasts forever, how nature'srhythms of provision and
deprivation keep us tethered toreality, the fractal ride of
building something new, and whythe frustration is part of the
magic.
I have a personal share on thisone for you today.
Finding spiral stability whensales are down, which is a

(04:41):
biggie for most of us and in themarket right now, and the one
simple practice that helps youtrack the true line of your
trajectory.
This idea of spiral versusroller coaster, it's more than a
mindset that it is very helpfulto get our mind on board and

(05:02):
understanding that there is thisphenomenon that is taking place
and it reminds me of thoseoptical illusions where one
example they'll show, you know,if you're looking at one side,
it looks like a square fromanother angle it looks like a
circle.
Or my favorite example of thisis that old textbooks used to

(05:25):
say that we had two differentkinds of galaxies, spiral
galaxies, and disc galaxies.
This was actually just one ofthese phenomenon, if you were
looking at it on it's side, itlooked like a disc.
If you were looking at it headon, it looked like a spiral.
It was the same thing, justlooked differently depending on

(05:46):
which way you were looking.
This is one of those things areyou looking at what is the
phenomenon that is taking placenaturally in all of these
different arenas and realms ofyour life as being on a roller
coaster?
That's whipping you around backand forth, this illusion of

(06:08):
duality on a spectrum of blackand white or ones and zeros that
would be like the linear trapand illusion.
That it's just like a line withone side or the other, or are
you looking at it like a circle, which is a little bit better, at
least at this point you areframing it as that there is this

(06:30):
cycle that you are moving arounda lot easier not to get caught
up in the, oh, I'm stuck overhere on this side.
You're like, okay, there'smovement.
I'm moving along the circle.
I will, round the corner, I willget somewhere else.
Or are you training yourself, ifit's not second nature already,

(06:51):
to see it as a spiral?
That yes and, yes we arecircling around a path that
moves through different phases.
There are highs, there are lows, but that also, ultimately that
circle is moving us in adirection.
We are spiraling in a directionas we move along the momentum of

(07:16):
the circle.
This is how we create thatinvisible line, that invisible
trajectory that can be invisibleunless you're paying attention.
That is happening as we areexperiencing the phenomenon of
ups and downs.
If you are not holding thisperspective, the highs and the
lows can trick you.

(07:38):
They can be mistaken for thewhole story.
We can get into a trap offeeling stuck and forgetting
that it is just part of thejourney, it's part of the
terrain, and that that spiralpath is tracing a steady line of
reality, of progress, ofmomentum, underneath and beyond

(08:00):
the peaks and valleys of ourexperience.
I want to look at this from afour parter of as above, so
below as within, so without tosee that this is the pattern
under everything.
This is the pattern that isanimating everything that we

(08:21):
experience that's coming at usfrom every which way, and we'll
start with the as above, withthe cosmic cycles of the
invisible energetic weather thatis part of what we are riding in
the unseen.
When we follow the lens andreflection of the cosmic phases,

(08:42):
the transits, when each planetmoves into a different sign with
the retrogrades and directmotion.
That these are all seasons.
We have star seasons, we havedifferent seasons,
energetically, archetypally, andwhen you're paying attention and
looking at how your experiencechanges in relation to this time

(09:08):
mapping, that is the cosmictransits, we see that no season
lasts forever.
The one constant is change, everything that is unfolding is
riding waves of transits andtiming.
Your life, your business,individual projects,

(09:30):
relationships, they're allriding these waves of highs and
lows between cycles.
This is also why one of myfavorite things to track and be
aware of with astrology isn'teven necessarily what cycle
you're in, what phase you arein, but when they change.

(09:50):
Understanding when there's anopening and an opportunity to
adapt, to round a corner.
One of my favorite is with thesun seasons.
It's great to know that we're inVirgo season, but even more
powerful was knowing when thattransition was from Leo to Virgo
because the focus change, thevibe changes, the energetic

(10:13):
environment shifts.
And knowing when those shiftstake place makes it a lot easier
to ride those waves, to surfthose waves, to be able to
change and adapt with them.
This really does go both ways,it's helpful to know when we're
going through a slump that youwill get out of it.

(10:33):
Like it is absolutely inevitablethat things are going to shift.
Super helpful to know whenyou're in a funk, but also just
as helpful to know when you'reriding high, and to be able to
anchor yourself in the realitythat that too will not last
forever, and you will come backdown and it is a temporary high

(10:54):
and a temporary ride and part ofthe cycle and spiral arm that
you're on.
Just as above with the cosmiccycles, so below with Earth,
with nature and how the rhythms, and again, this was a biggie of
what inspired this wholeepisode, is this idea that we

(11:15):
like to think about and talkabout that the universe
provides.
And yes, it absolutely does.
But that's only half of theequation, and that is absolutely
by design because the universealso deprives, that's part of
the rhythm, that's part of thecycle, and it's part of what
reveals to us where that middleground invisible path is.

(11:37):
In nature, whether it's thetides, the harvest, the
droughts, the cycles ofabundance, and the seasons, when
you look at it objectively withthose reflections and examples,
it's so obvious and easy to seethat of course, it's not about
punishment or reward or whateverour human minds or our

(12:00):
experiential reality is whenwe're in the trenches or flying
high, it's so easy to thinkabout it as it being personal
or, oh, am I being unsupported?
Or on the flip side, like, oh,I'm so, you know, infinitely
supported.
No, that's all a trap, you arealigning with the laws of and

(12:23):
the cycles of nature just likeeverything else.
And that it is absolutely bydesign that it is that way.
And in this way, nature's cyclesremind us not to cling to any
one season, any one experienceas forever.
The phenomenons change, thetides change, the seasons

(12:45):
change.
What remains constant is therhythm itself.
The rhythm is what's real.
The reflection of thisphenomenon above and below, out
there, up there, around us, andin our actual grounded lived
experience is so helpful to see,to know, to understand, and to

(13:06):
track, it helps keep us groundedin reality, keeps us with the
perspective.
It keeps us rooted in aperspective that makes magic
possible.
Ultimately, magic is being inalignment with what is, what is
happening, what's flowing, andyou know what happens when you

(13:28):
zoom into far into just todaywhen you get into that trap.
I can think of the time whenthis happens, when I feel the
least resourced to anchor andorient myself otherwise is like
when I'm sick, right?
When you're sick sometimes it'shard to even remember what
healthy feels like and some partof you just surrenders to, and

(13:51):
honestly, this is part of Ithink what makes it pass, but
the reality that you are in,that you will be there forever.
You are in a forever kind ofplace but even if it's not that
you're sick, it's like when it'sa good day, we think it means we
are set forever.
Finally, the tides have turned.
Then when it's a bad day, wethink it means we're doomed.

(14:13):
What's not working?
Everything's crashing, andeither way high or low, we lose
sight of the spiral and thereality that it is constantly
looping us around and around, but onward and upward as we go.
That's when doubt creeps in.
That's when you forget thebigger arc that you're on, and

(14:35):
that's when it feels like allthe work you've been doing might
not even matter.
It just feel so out of ourcontrol.
But imagine if you did have asteady tether, something that
every week, even as things arechanging, reminds you that
you're riding those biggercycles, that you're on track,

(14:57):
that your money, your energy, and your whole business
unfolding are part of a spiralthat moves beyond this one
moment.
That is exactly what the CosmicCurrent is.
It's my weekly love note onmoney, magic, and cosmic
alignment where I drop you rightback into the bigger spiral.

(15:17):
You get cosmic timing cues, money rhythms, and real talk
about the patterns actuallyunfolding.
So that you can anchor intoclarity instead of getting swept
by the highs and the lows.
So if you want that tether, thatanchor, that steady reminder in
your inbox each week, come joinme in the Cosmic Current.

(15:38):
You can subscribe by going tocosmicb.link/current.
That was the, as above, so belowkind of environmental territory
of these spirals constantlyunfolding.
Now I want to move into the aswithin and look at our creative

(16:00):
cycles, the energy that animatesus and ultimately the fractal
ride that it is to bring thoseout into the world and build
something new.
I want to talk about this byusing the example of something I
have been so deep in and justabsolutely surrendered to the

(16:21):
journey of, which is buildingwith a new platform right now
that, oh my goodness, is like, where have you been all my life?
And honestly, I've known aboutit for a while.
I've been circling it for awhile, and a part of me knew
that it was big and that whenthe time was right, it reminds
me of like, you know, whenyou're leading up to calling in

(16:44):
your partner and like, yes, ofcourse you want it, like you
want it right now, but alsothere's this part of you that
knows and understands that it'llhappen when the timing's right
because it's that big.
It's not something to be rushed.
This is just one of those thingsfor my Aquarian techy heart,
that loves the innovation oftech with automation and AI for

(17:09):
my Virgo moon heart that lovessystems and just when all the
pieces fit together like apuzzle.
And of course my Scorpio risingthat just lives to deep dive and
go all in when the timing isright.
For me, this build on Make wasunexpected, it was so

(17:31):
serendipitous the way the timefinally became ripe.
It was a series of things thatled to me checking it out and
realizing not only was it asolution for what was right in
front of me that I was trying tofigure out, but also was just
like so much bigger.

(17:51):
I recently let my VA go and Ithought that I was on track to
finding her replacement, as itturns out, at least for now,
Make is that replacement, because I am reorienting what is
possible to get the support ofwith AI and with automation and

(18:11):
then what us humans actuallyneed to do.
The collaboration is incredible.
Just to give you a picture intowhat this process is like,
because it's just such anincredible example for what
we're talking about in thisepisode.
Basically there's all thesecomponents, there's a flow of
these steps, these bubbles, these modules, these worlds unto

(18:35):
themselves.
For each step in the process ofthis thing that you're building
out, which for me right now isbuilding out the most incredible
onboarding and deliveryexperience of Cosmic Currency.
It's a lot of pieces, it's a lotof things working together, but
the process of building this outis just one world at a time.

(18:59):
Completely immersing myself intothe process of getting one step,
one piece working and it's justlike each of those is such a
journey with highs and lows andgetting stuck and things not
working, and then it works, andthe win and feeling
accomplished.
It's just such a roller coasterfeeling ride within each one.

(19:21):
So there's absolutely that microexperience of the highs and the
lows within it.
But then when you zoom out andyou can actually zoom infinitely
in and out as far as you need toto see the full picture of all
of the pieces that you've puttogether, this map, this archive
of all of those journeys thatyou've been on and come out

(19:44):
victorious around, and that theyare building this bigger flow,
that there's this biggertrajectory unfolding as you go
through the process of being inthe weeds of the highs and the
lows of getting each componentworking.
Ultimately it feels like thesefractal journeys, these fractal

(20:05):
pieces connected to somethingbigger that you are ultimately
working toward and stewardingthe unfolding of.
I just wanted to share thisexample of what I'm so deep in
right now, because it really islike this is life, right?
This is the good stuff.
This is the journey is theselittle micro plot lines

(20:28):
unfolding amidst the biggerpicture of where we're heading
and our growth and thistrajectory that is forward
movement.
As we're going through thesecycles, within cycles, within
cycles.
I really want to anchor thesharing of this into the lesson
that no matter what it is,because this works for

(20:49):
everything, the zoomed in view, the moment to moment can feel
chaotic, but the zoomed outperspective reveals the spiral
that is actually creating theprogress, the momentum, the
trajectory, and the true path ofyour efforts.
That's why when it comes toanything worth anything, if you

(21:13):
actually want to get somewherewith what you're doing, the
frustration, the lows, the lullsare all part of the magic, part
of the process, part of themomentum, the engine that gets
us moving forward to where wewant to go.
Just like we go through theseprocesses, we ride these

(21:34):
energetic waves that come fromsomewhere deep within us and
want to express through us.
As within, so without, with themanifest energy in the form of
money and the cycles that arevery real around what it is to
be a business owner that doesn'tjust get a regular, reliable

(21:57):
paycheck every two weeks.
Money itself flows in cycles, the same cycles that we've been
talking about.
Some months there's going to bemore flowing in.
Some months there's going to beless flowing in.
Some months there's going to bemore or less flowing out as
well.
And so we have these cycleswithin cycles around how our

(22:21):
money flows.
I especially want to speak tothis right now too.
I've had this on my mind andheart lately because sales are
down for so many people rightnow.
If you're experiencing that,it's not just you and you're not
alone.
There are a couple of thingscoinciding right now.
One, what people are calling atrust recession, just part of

(22:44):
the timeline that we're on, theunfolding of the online coaching
space.
That is coinciding right nowwith some economic wobble,
right?
That is making for the perfectrecipe, the perfect storm for
sales to be down.
But here's the thing, this iswhy having a regular money

(23:08):
practice that has nothing to dowith how much is going in or
out.
That is the framework and thestructure.
It's what you show up forregardless of what's actually
happening with your cash flow.
That grounded positioning, regardless of circumstance, is
the spiral that's holding yousteady when you commit to those

(23:32):
practices of tracking, oftending, of staying present for
what is, whatever it is, even ifright now it means less revenue.
Ultimately the middle line iswhat matters, not the temporary
highs or dips, because this isjust going to be a blip on the
archive at some point movingforward.

(23:55):
It's going to be in your rearview, and it matters much less
what happens moment to moment.
It matters much more, both yourcommitment to the practice, to
that middle way spiral pathorientation and to be able to
know and see what that biggerpicture is, that trajectory that

(24:18):
you're on, regardless of what'shappening this month or this
quarter with the bottom line.
That is where we're able to findstability and not get swept up
by a huge cash injection and thehigh of it.
Or months when things feel low,and ultimately being in that
position, you are prepared forthis, right?

(24:40):
It doesn't surprise you when thenatural and inevitable highs and
lows happen, that you have apractice in place.
You have systems in place thatare going to support you
regardless of that shift, thatseasonal shift that happens.
That's why the most powerfultool when it comes to

(25:03):
entrepreneurship and your moneyflow, which is the lifeline of
your business, is tracking.
Without it you only see thatjagged line of emotion.
You're in a space of reactivitybecause you're not able to see
the forest beyond the trees ofwhat's happening right now.

(25:23):
But with it, you see the spiraltrajectory nested in the real
story of what's happening andunfolding.
When it comes to tracking, it isa practice.
Consistency matters more thananything else because that's
what's going to build yourconfidence so that no matter
what cycle you're in, you're notshaken.

(25:46):
This is the one simple practice, although unfortunately, one of
the most avoided, that helps youtrack that true line of your
trajectory so that you can stayanchored to what's real,
regardless of what's happeningfrom moment to moment.
Wherever you are right now, ifyou are in a pinch of

(26:08):
deprivation, like many peopleare relatively right now, or if
you are fortunate to be in theswell of provision, just
remember, neither one is thewhole story.
The spiral, the ultimatereality, the truth of what's
happening holds both.
The high tide isn't forever andneither is the low.

(26:32):
What studies you is the line youtrace and anchor yourself to and
keep an awareness of throughyour presence, your practice,
and maintaining this perspectiveof the spiral path that you're
on, and if you want that steadyreminder woven into your weeks,

(26:52):
remember that the Cosmic Currentis there for you.
It's a way to stay synced withthe bigger cycles while you're
riding the smaller ones.
The path out of your money highsand lows is already yours.
You're already on it and it'salready there, you just need to
see it and commit to being inrelationship with
