Throughout the day we experience many different thoughts and situations that pull our awareness out of our body and into our mind. This shift in awareness lowers our vibration. If you are trying to hold positive, high frequency thoughts so that you can manifest your desired life, these events are extremely counter-productive to the process. They add resistance.
What if there was a way that you could quickly break the cycle of your mind when these disruptive thoughts and situations occur? Think about it, your vibration is high, something happens that upsets you, and you have the tools to quickly shift back to your centered, high vibrational state.
This Podcast Episode will teach you how to do just that. I will show you how to instantly shift from your ego mind and anchor your consciousness back into your body!
This episode is the first in a series on breathwork that I will be rolling out. Future episodes in the series will discuss additional anchor points in the body and how they can be utilized during breathwork. Activating these anchor points, combined with breathwork, will anchor your consciousness into your body and allow you to create space to ground and integrate your multidimensional energy. This will significantly enhance your ability to heal and manifest the life you desire!
