We had the incredible honor of speaking with Melissa, from the award-winning Documentary "From My Window". The film features her story as a young woman with cerebral palsy embarking on a journey to climb a mountain range in Colorado.
In this episode, we talk about what it was like to be the subject of the documentary, and Melissa shares some behind-the-scenes exclusives! She also shares with us a bit about No Barriers, the organization that helped organize the climb.
Melissa is truly one of the most courageous people we have ever met, and she shared with us several inspiring sentiments about cultivating inner courage and kindness
