(00:23):
your online experiences that getresults and create raving fans.
Why? So you can monetize yourexpertise and serve more people
without adding more time or teamto your business? If you're
looking to uncover your milliondollar framework, package it and
use it to scale you're in theright place. Let's dive in.

(00:44):
Hey, everybody, welcome totoday's episode of the course
building secrets podcast. I amthrilled you're with us today.
Hey, I am on location today inOrlando for FHL 2023. So I
thought I would tune in todayand let you kind of have a
little bit of what's going on inmy mind, as this week is
progressing. So for those of youwho are in the position of like

(01:09):
you want to launch a digitalprogram, of course, something
that allows you to package yourexpertise. One of the biggest
challenges is how do you goabout figuring out what to
teach, right? Like, how do youorganize it? How do you put the
right amount of material in? Howdo you, you know, get yourself

(01:33):
kind of organized enough to beable to do that.
And one of the critical successfactors. Regardless, if you're
doing it live, if you'repackaging it into a digital
program, if you're doing a liveevent, if you're doing a virtual
event doesn't really matter, oneof the critical success factors
for you to consider is having asort of unique methodology that

(01:56):
you use, that provide somebodythe solution to the problem that
they have. And your job is togive them the fastest path,
right. So it's to put togetherkind of the steps that go from
point A to point B,
we call that a success path, wecall that a unique framework or
methodology, whatever you wantto call, it doesn't really

(02:16):
matter, what you're doing isyou're creating a specific
strategic, fast path for yourlearner's for your customers to
get the results that they need.So they can keep moving on their
path, right.
And so that's the very firststep in terms of how to start
packaging your expertise. Sooften people are like, Oh, I'm

(02:39):
just gonna get a tool, and I'mgonna just, you know, kind of
come up with some differenttopics, maybe do some post it
notes, and brainstorm and putthem out there. And then what
happens is, it just is
ends up sort of being asmattering of information and
videos and random things thatdon't actually help to serve
your people at the highestlevel.

(03:00):
And so if you can organize theeverything around proprietary
framework, or signatureframework, what happens is the
delivery method then becomesscalable, because you can
deliver it in so many differentways. And, and so the first way
that you deliver, it usually islike, you're just trying to kind
of figure out the order, you'retrying to figure out what works,

(03:22):
you're gonna figure out whatkind of hurdles and obstacles
people have along the path, whatquestions they have, how you can
answer those, but it's all stillframed around that signature
methodology. And I'm going totell you that it's really like
for a lot of people, it'schallenging to narrow down the
methodology to, you know, fiveto seven steps or five to nine

(03:46):
steps or wherever you kind ofend up in there.
And, and the reason for that isbecause you're the expert,
right? So you know, so manythings, typically your customer
isn't as experienced as you are, obviously, because they have the
problem. And so you only need tosolve the problem, you don't
have to give them all of thethings so it's hard for people

(04:07):
to kind of remember what it waslike to learn it or remember
what it was like to maybe be ata level three it's a level 10 So
sometimes you need help withthis. And so we you know, if
you're in that position, justknow that it's normal, just know
that it's it's this is not aneasy process, it seems easy, oh,
just create your provider andframework No problem. Just, you

(04:29):
know, kind of put the piecestogether. You're already the
expert you should know. And
it is a little a lot morechallenging. It's, we always
equate it to like if you'relooking at a prescription
bottle, right, it's really hardto read the label when you're
inside the bottle. And and thathappens to me It happens to

(04:49):
almost everybody who is tryingto go through this process.
So just know that it's normal, but keep working through it. It
start to finding it helps somepeople you
You may rearrange it, you maychange it, which is why we
recommend doing a beta or 1.0,kind of MVP version, which is
like just get it out there andstart teaching it, start putting

(05:10):
it together, and then it's, andthen it will start coming
together for you. And you can goand and start to put it in lots
of different delivery methods,or choose a delivery method of
your choice. So that's the veryfirst thing. Because I'm talking
about this here at FHL, I haveto tell you, just as a side

(05:30):
note, this is a sales andmarketing conference, which
means they don't talk a lotabout fulfillment, they don't
talk a lot about like, what doyou do, when you get a customer,
right? You, you, you do all themarketing, and you get the sales
at men.
Now you have to fulfill rightnow you have to actually do
something, to get them theresults. And so because the

(05:52):
focus of this is not in thefulfillment, there's been a lot
of chatter around it. at theseconferences. This year, however,
Russell Brunson has beenspending some time on
fulfillment and his preferredmethod of fulfillment. And, and
more, he has said Success Pathmore times this week, than he

(06:13):
has ever seen in his entirelife. So, look for that, I'm
putting together some gifts onthat, because I'm so excited
about it. But as you know, ifyou've listened to this podcast,
it is near and dear to my heartis having a specific path, that
you take your people down to getfrom point A to point B, right,
so they can become successful.
So it's a critical, it'scritical success factor, to

(06:36):
really think through that andand nail that down. And once you
do that, then the road tocreating your digital
experiences becomes so mucheasier, because you can focus on
the levels of the success path, not all of the things. So you
don't end up with either you areoverwhelmed, or your students or

(06:58):
your customers are overwhelmed. And so you're hearing it from
the source today is that it issomething that,
luckily, is becoming more andmore part of the conversation,
because the reality is used tobe able to go out and kind of
put your message out there, throw ads at it, and scale your

(07:19):
business. And that's notactually working anymore. So
what we need to do is we need tobe thinking about how do we not
only get new customers acquirenew customers, but how do we
keep them? How do we retainthem? How do we bring them to
our next offers, because it'smuch easier and less expensive
to keep the customers that youhave, that you've spent so much

(07:40):
time working on to get keepingthem in your world, keeping them
getting results, keeping themhaving an awesome experience, so
much easier, and less expensivethan it is to just constantly be
churning, and getting newcustomers all of the time. So it
like makes my heart so happythat that's a conversation

(08:01):
that's at this conference thisyear. Because this is all the
cutting edge marketing and salesstuff, right? Like, if you don't
hear it here, it's nothappening. So, so again, makes
my heart happy. But you have tospend the time to figure out
what your specific Success Pathis for your people. And you do
that by defining first, what arethe steps and then turn it into

(08:25):
your signature framework or yourunique methodology.
Hopefully, that helps to serveyou.
You know, this is what our VIPday does this is what million
dollar Framework Program does.We offer this for people because
this is such a critical linchpinstep in, in defining your whole

(08:48):
resist really, honestly. And ifyou get this right, then you can
take it and run with it.
And so like I mentioned earlier,it's hard to do this yourself
without kind of getting stuck inall the minutiae of the details.
So if you need help, let us knowwe are here for you just go in
the show notes and you can graba link to set up a chat with me.

(09:12):
But in the meantime, startworking through your own
signature framework. All right, there you go. Have a great day.
