When someone broke into the home of John and Susan Sutton, shooting Susan to death and blinding John with a head wound, the police had a couple of good suspects.  There was the client who was unhappy with a legal settlement John had gotten her and threatened violence.  And then there was the affair John’s law partner was having with Susan.  But neither turned out to be responsible.  This week’s episode of the Court TV podcast tells the story of who was behind the shootings – someone very close to the Suttons.
