Diving into the world of injectables can feel intimidating. With social media influencers sharing horror stories and Hollywood movies depicting comically frozen faces, it's no wonder many people approach Botox and fillers with trepidation. Nurse Practitioner Nikki joins us to separate fact from fiction, sharing insights from her journey from oncology to aesthetics.

"I wish I would have started earlier" is the refrain Nikki hears most often from clients. This speaks to a fundamental truth in aesthetic medicine: prevention is significantly easier than correction. Rather than battling decades of established wrinkles and volume loss, preventative treatments can maintain youthful skin with minimal intervention. This conversation explores how neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport work by temporarily relaxing muscles to prevent wrinkle formation, while fillers add volume to areas needing enhancement. The difference is crucial to understand when considering which treatment might best address your concerns.

Perhaps the most surprising aspect of our discussion centers on the unexpected applications of injectables. Beyond cosmetic enhancement, Botox effectively treats excessive sweating, teeth grinding, and jaw tension. Men increasingly seek these treatments not only for wrinkle reduction but for jawline definition and facial contouring. The stigma surrounding male aesthetic treatments continues to fade as more men prioritize self-care. Nikki emphasizes the importance of comprehensive consultations, realistic expectations about timing (results aren't immediate!), and choosing qualified providers working in legitimate medical facilities. Whether you're injectable-curious or looking to refine your treatment plan, this episode provides the education needed to make informed decisions about your aesthetic journey. Schedule your complimentary consultation to discover custom solutions for your unique concerns.

Speaker 1 (00:12):

So get ready to feel great andlook even better.
Today we have Nikki.
She is one of our nursepractitioners.

(00:34):
She travels to all of ourCouture Mescal locations.
So today's topic we're going tobe talking about some myths of
Botox and filler.
But before we get into that, just tell us a little bit about
yourself.
What got you into the world ofaesthetics, and give us all that
good background Cool.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
So, yeah, I'm Nikki.
I started with Couture in 2021.
I used to do.
I became a nurse in 2015.
I used to do oncology, startedwith adult oncology and then
went to peds, which is reallysad, so I needed some happiness
in my life.
So that kind of went back toschool, I got my family nurse

(01:11):
practitioner and then, uh, foundcouture.
I was actually fun fact aclient of couture back in 2018,
got my leg laser hair removed, changed my life.
So when I walked into WinterPark, I was like, hey, I've been
here before.
So, yeah, I interviewed withDiane and I went to my car after

(01:35):
my interview and I cried and Icalled my husband and I was like
this is my place, I need thisjob.
So then I got it.
Thank.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
God, thank goodness I worked out.
Yeah, so okay, I've been doingthis for four years.
Yeah, what do you say?
What would you say you lovebest about being in aesthetics?
What makes it so different thanbeing in bedside?

Speaker 2 (01:56):
So, I'm really hands-on, like.
I love the creativity side ofit, so we do lasers and body
contouring and all that stufftoo.
But for me I like theinjections because I get to like
create and like you know, obviously aesthetics you make
people feel nice and lookbeautiful and stuff.
But I also get to like do whatI like and like hands on, so

(02:22):
it's not like a monotonous,boring job.
You know it's like it's alwaysdifferent.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Yeah, it's always different, yeah.
Yeah, I definitely see theartistic side of it coming out
when I so Nikki has a shirt onthe lips layer.
All of our inductors do amazingjob.
Nikki loves doing her some lipsand I can see the creativity
come out and it's awesome to see.
So I can totally get that sideof it so well, very cool.

(02:45):
So today, speaking ofinjectables, we're going to be
kind of going going through somedifferent myths that are out
there when it comes to gettinginjectables done.
So whether it's and it's notBotox, whether it's a filler,
there's a lot of misconceptionout there and a lot of things
that I think make people, youknow, a little uncomfortable
about getting it or thinkinglike, oh, I don't need that or I

(03:07):
shouldn't be getting that yet.
So we're going to go through afew of those and kind of get
your expert opinion on those.
So you ready, all right.
So first, before we get intoone of the myths we'll kind of
just talk about, there's so manydifferent opinions about there,
about Botox and fillers.
Why do you think there's somany myths?

Speaker 2 (03:26):
in the first place.
So I think social media plays ahuge thing, I mean in every
part of life, right, but yeah, Ithink that there's you can have
, you can follow this influencer, right, and she has a bad
experience for whatever reason.
A lot of it's education, um, sowe'll go, I'll talk about that.
But a lot of it's like youlisten to other people's stories

(03:50):
or opinions and you form yourown without doing your own
research, without you evergetting it yourself, um, so we
have a lot of um, people come inand they're like oh well, my
friend, this happened or thishappened.
I'm like, okay, well, let's tryto prevent that.
Let's talk about why thathappens.
Like, give me more information.
So I think people need to dotheir own research, go and get

(04:13):
consulted, even if you know yougo to a med spa and you don't.
You know like I'm big on vibes,I'm big on like, if you feel
good there, you walk in, youtalk to the provider, you talk
to all the people and you see,you know like, is this my place?
Because it's not a one fit, allyou know.
So I think doing your ownresearch is huge.
I'm like huge in education, sojust don't listen to what other

(04:37):
people say and do your ownresearch and see what works for
you.
So that's kind of my biggestthing.
And, you know, bring yourfriends in.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
We can talk to them too, Perfect.
So before we dive in, can yougive us a little quick overview
of what Botox and fillers do,how they work and also how
they're different, because Iknow talking to a lot of clients
that I talk to and I'm sure youget it as well.
People come in and they think,oh, I need Botox because I want

(05:07):
to help with this and yeah it'snot something that that's going
to do, so kind of yeah, justgive us a little background on
what those are and what they do.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
So I know we're using the word Botox, but at Couture
we carry Botox in this port.
So they're neuromodulatorswhich helps block the
acetylcholine receptor and formuscle movement to stop.
So that's what neuromodulatorsdo you think?
Muscle movement?
So we do.
You know, like to stop yourforehead lines and prevent the
wrinkles, crow's feet, you knowthings like that.

(05:35):
Fillers, you think more, theyfill an area.
So when you want bigger lips, you get fillers.
When you want lift in yourcheeks and temples, you know
there's a lot of filler placeswe can do.
Those are more, those arefillers, not to say you can't
have filler and botox in thesame area.
So like chin, if you purse yourlips and you have like that
cobblestone and dimples, thatwould be botox, that would help

(05:58):
botox or just for that would bethat it stops the muscle
movement from that to happen.
But if you want like a biggerchin or to define your face or,
you know, for facial symmetry, you think fillers.
So that is where the full facekind of consult comes in.
We go, you talk with yourprovider.
You know if like your leavensbother you or your forehead

(06:19):
wrinkles or your crows, you know, you talk with your provider
see what's, but that would bemore Botox fillers, so like
movement muscles.
You know you talk with yourprovider see what's, but that
would be more Botox fillers, solike movement muscles, you think
neuromodulators.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
fillers fill a space.
Perfect.
No, that's a great way toexplain it.
Yeah, okay, so we'll jump rightinto some different myths.
So this is a myth that I hearall the time.
It's one of the biggest reasons, I think, that people are
scared to do Botox or scared todo, you know, neuromodulators.
Going into this, I always thinkof what's the movie with

(06:55):
Jennifer Aniston and how is ithe gets Botox and his face looks
all messed up and frozen and hecan't move a lot.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
They go like on vacation.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Just go with it.
Yes, okay so I feel, likeeveryone sees that movie and
they're like, nope, not getting, doesn't that the one have the
lady with the eyebrows too, yeah, yeah, yeah so let's go right
into it.
Jumping in botox will make youlook frozen, make you feel like
you have no, no muscle movement.
You can't make your face.
It gives you that surprise lookall the time.
So that's probably one of thenumber one things that I know I
hear.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I'm sure you hear it too yep um so yeah myth number
one Botox will make you lookfrozen yeah, you just triggered
something else, a Cinderellastory, I think it is, and she's
like.
I can't move my face so Botoxdoesn't kick in that fast.
We'll go over that later.
Um, but no like, unless you'reabsolutely going for a frozen
look, you, it's more natural.

(07:45):
So we we start like with alower dosing.
Um, we know, you know usuallyhow many units we could, based
on your muscle movement, basedon where you pull and stuff.
The providers are trained inthat, you know.
Um, so we go by, you still wantexpression like I have it, but I
can still move.
You know what I mean.
If people do come back andthey're like I want to be frozen
and we just have to add moreunits, we go by.
You still want expression likeI have it, but I can still move.
You know what I mean.
If people do come back andthey're like I wanna be frozen

(08:07):
and we just have to add moreunits, which is fine.
But it's actually pretty hardto like get a frozen, frozen
look without having any likeother side effects, like drops
or something, because you don'twanna put too much like
excessive just because.
But yeah, I mean, we've seen itand movies, is that realistic?
absolutely not perfect okay, sothe next one is Botox, and

(08:32):
fillers are unsafe yeah, so Imean anything can be unsafe,
right, but we know that weinject everything for FDA
approval, Like we have all ofthat.
You can literally go on thewebsites the Juvederm, Galderma
websites and see all theproducts and see that they're

(08:53):
approved.
That's you know.
We're big on like safety.
But it's all about who injectsyou right, and if they're
trained and if you're going tolike a little side back door
place on somebody who'sinjecting you or um, and please
don't do this ordering yourfillers online from china, um,

(09:14):
and injecting it yourself, whichI have had.
That actually just quite scaryum, but yeah, I think more so.
The products are safe.
You can do your own research onthat.
It's all online.
You know studies there.
That's there.
It's been around for you know, years and years and years, I
think.
Just in medicine, as we allknow, it's evolving constantly.

(09:35):
They're constantly doingstudies, new products are coming
out.
So safety, yes, it's all safe.
I mean, I get it all and I'mcompletely fine.
I'll do thousands and thousandsright, but for that part I would
say it's more so who'sinjecting you and making sure
that they're licensed andproperly trained.
So 100% agree with that Likebeing clean.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
You know like and I think that a lot goes into the
consultation aspect that youwere talking about you can see
the facility you're goingthrough.
You can talk to the providerfirst.
You can see the facility you'regoing through, you can talk to
the provider first.
Like it makes a huge difference.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Yeah, look at their websites and stuff.
Yeah, if you feel it's shady,it's shady.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Yeah, Go ahead and leave All right.
So next myth would be Botox andfillers are only for women.
Absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Yeah, I've heard this all the time and I actually had
a couple come in like two daysago and the husband was getting
treated and the wife was like,oh yeah, I brought him.
And then the guy was like so doyou treat many men?
I could tell he was so nervousand I was like, oh yeah, most
men come in with their wives ortheir girlfriends or friends and
they're like you need to fixthat forehead.

(10:39):
Always, yeah, the forehead,forehead.
It's always that um, but yeah,I think men should be getting it
, if you know, if that's whatthey want.
Um, but absolutely not likewomen are not just.
I think it's getting more menare starting to do a lot more
things and just taking care ofthemselves.
I think we're getting away fromthat stereotypical like men,

(11:00):
grungy, dirty hand, you know, like that kind of old thing, um,
so, yeah, why can't men takecare of themselves and stuff,
you know, yeah no, I I'venoticed it a lot more too, just
in our spas in general, but justeverywhere else.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
I feel like men are starting to get into it.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Yeah, more and more and be comfortable with it and
kind of starting to get into it.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
I feel like a lot of them used to wait until they
were like till it's really badin the wrinkles.
I don't say too late but theygot to do a lot more work.
Yes, I feel like it's becomingmore common for men getting in
there a little bit more sooner, kind of getting on the
preventative.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
So I've definitely, yeah, yeah and two like guys
have a lot of like.
I think it helps like enhancemasculinity sometimes too.
Sometimes guys are like, oh,fillers are feminine for women,
like absolutely not.
Um, we a lot of the fillers Ido on men.
I have done a couple cheeksjust to like get those, you know
, higher for lifting and stuff.
But a lot of men want that chinand that jawline to like really

(11:51):
chisel them out and stuff.
Um, botox we do a lot actuallyof men um, but I think for
fillers people think when youthink fillers, you think of like
, oh, lip fillers, and youpeople are going to look, you
know, like overdone and crazy.
Um, it's never the goal.
But also, I have done like oneor two pairs of lips for guys
and it's not to make them lookfeminine or whatever, it's just

(12:12):
because I had smaller lips andwe just needed like a little
half syringe to enhance it alittle bit to help um kind of
like one of them like hismustache, just you know he
wanted it like a little littlehigher, you know.
So he's going to enhance that, but a lot of um more.
So it's uh, jawline and chin, Ithink, to chill them out.
Why not help them then too?
Yeah, also, I mean, we do likebotox and neuromodulators for

(12:35):
like tmj like you know for, likethe, the masseters, um guys
have that too you know, andthey're super strong and if
you're grinding your teeth andstuff, that's great, you know.
So it's not just all.
It's not all aesthetic.
You know there's other sides wecan do.
Yeah well, that leads usactually into our very next that
we have is that buttock and orfillers are just for wrinkles,

(12:55):
yeah, so no, yeah, um, fillers,I wouldn't really say that
they're for so much for wrinklesanyway, so much like more.
So, on the neuromodulators, youknow people you get it for,
like the 11 lines, like theglabella line or forehead
wrinkles or crow's feet, is huge, you know.
So, yeah, those absolutely wealso recommend like preventative

(13:18):
.
So before you get the wrinkles, you know, like when you're
younger, it's not, it's notwrong to start earlier.
And if you, you can look updermatology pages and you can
look up, you know, injectorspages and a lot of them do
recommend starting, you know, skincare products earlier, botox
and there's a term, baby botox, where it's just, um, you know,
a smaller amount of botox tohelp prevent.
And it's not that you're helpprevent and it's not that you're

(13:40):
going to change your face, it'snot that you're going to start
too early and stuff.
It's preventative.
And a lot of times we haveclients and they're like I wish
I would have started thisearlier and I literally hear
that more than I hear anythingelse.
You know, in practice, and it'strue, like it's so much easier
to prevent rather than to goback and try to erase 30, 40, 50

(14:01):
years of damage and sun damageand wrinkles and all that stuff
you know.
So, yeah, we do Botox andDysport and stuff in other areas
.
So I mentioned the chin we dofor the masseters, so for teeth
grinding, that's big.
It also helps with like facialswimming.
So I've had it done and it'stremendously helped.
We've had one client inparticular who's had who was

(14:23):
doing hers and she showed me herbefore and afters and she's
like look at this, oh my gosh, she looks like a different
person, because she was sosquared out by her teeth
grinding at night that it wasvery like masculine in her
jawline and we had just beendoing, you know her masseters
for a while and it just slimmedit out, it softened things.
Oh my gosh, she's so happy, um.
So that's really cool to likewhen clients bring back their

(14:43):
before and afters from years, because we don't always look at
that.
Um.
But other places you can do islike lip flips.
I'm opening a good lip flip Iyou're my favorite lip flip
actually.
Um, I'm like everybody.
Just look at lindsay, I don'thave one right now.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
So if you can see, this don't right before and
after lip flip.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
I'm like everybody.
Just look at lindsey, I don'thave one right now, so you can
see this, don't, don't judge,yeah, um.
So yeah, lip lips kind of helpto soften those muscles.
Um, so when you do smile, yourlip doesn't like thin out.
Um, it also helps with theperioral kind of like smoker
lines, even if they're you know, smoke.
You know people think that youcan only get that if you smoke.
Not true, there's um nose forlike nasal flaring.
There's like a pixie tip youcan do oh, it's a lot of fun

(15:23):
stuff yeah, it goes like righthere on the tip.

Speaker 1 (15:26):
I think I haven't seen that before.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
That's pretty cool.
Yeah, it's supposed to likejust help, like not pull your
nose, like kind of pull it downand then you can inject also on
the sides for like nasal flaring.
I know I like gotta hurt alittle bit.
But also we do neck.
So like platysmal-talks for theneck to help soften the lines
wrinkles of the neck, or likethat webbing you get.
I have my teeth, I don't.

(15:48):
Yes, okay, see, you're watching.
So you have really strong Pbands here.
Eventually over time you thinkthese are pulling down your
jowling too.
So when people do like thenephrotid you lift, you get some
like along the line you treatyour neck um it's really good to
prevent, prevent uh jowling.
And then there's fun stuff likeum hyper hyperhidrosis under

(16:08):
arms yeah, um there's traps.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Once that was, yeah, because I carry a lot of tension
in my shoulders.
Yep, um, and it definitely.
I could tell a huge difference.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Oh, yeah, for sure, for sure my neck looks longer,
my just looks like it justrelaxes.
Yeah, that was a good one.
I forgot about that one.
Yeah, so for sweating to likehyperhidrosis under the arms,
like palms and feet, just tohelp prevent the sweat.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
Way more uses than wrinkles.
Oh, a lot more uses, so many.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Well, that's fun.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
Okay.
So another one is that you'llsee instant results from Botox
and fillers.
Nope.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
They take time.
I mean, nothing's instant, comeon guys.
No.
So Botox and Dysporso Neuromyou usually take just right
about that 14-day two-week markto see full effect.
You can start seeing effectsearlier.
Certain areas, like my lip flip, kicks in really quick.
Oh, mine kicked in so fast, yeah, like a couple days.

(17:06):
I'm like, oh, look at this.
Yeah, so certain areas willkick in a little bit quicker,
but no, for full efficacy youwant to wait that two weeks.
We know that that's when itpeaks and then it starts to kind
of taper down from there.

(17:28):
No-transcript Fillers.
So yeah, fillers are a littlebit more instant, but we always
say at least two weeks for justto kind of smooth out and stuff.
You know fillers are, you thinkof it kind of like a thicker
gel when you go in.
It's not just going to smoothout instantly.
You know it takes time to kindof start metabolizing, get warm
with your body and also withfillers.

(17:48):
We just poked you, you know, awhole bunch of times with the
needle, like you're havingswelling.
You know you probably mighthave some bleeding and bruising.
So you'll see, like, if I get,if I give you lip filler today,
yes, you'd have bigger lips, butthat's not going to be your end
, all be all.
Once it's like healed, becauseyou're going to swell today,
you're probably gonna swell evenmore tomorrow.
Then by day three and fouryou'll start, you know, going

(18:09):
down and you'll see kind of theeffect later.
But I mean fillers are 24,seven.
You know once you get them inthey're continuing, continuing
to metabolize through so thatone you'll get faster effects.
But but no, it's not going tobe like instant and a lot of
times, honestly, with fillersyou need more than one syringe.

(18:29):
You know like lips you do, yeah, you can do a half a syringe or
a syringe.
Some people, if we're trying tobuild up your lips, depending
where you're starting from, youwant to do more fillers.
You want to do like faster.
I don't recommend stacking,stacking.
Stacking Syringe is too fast.
But like temples, cheeks,jawline chin.

(18:49):
Actually, years ago I think itwas even before I was a nurse
practitioner I saw a girl andshe was doing like a chin filler
journey right on YouTube and Iwas like following her and she
had gotten seven syringes ofchin filler.
It was the most beautifultransformation and it took her
like a couple of years toactually get it, but it looked

(19:12):
so natural You'd have neverknown.
But I was like, wow, like youknow, when you think about
syringes and how much like youactually need a lot to build up,
like you got to think you knowlike you're you're going with
age, you're going with gravity, like things that just aid you.
You know bone loss and stuff,so you're building that back up
with also trying to enhance morepeople.

(19:32):
You need more than you think, yeah, so that's where the
consultation comes in and it'snot just, hey, I'm going to
consult you, for, you know, let's focus on your chin, like
no, let's focus on facialsymmetry and you need your
jawline and your cheeks tobalance everything, because just
focusing on one area too, Ithink people can get blinders
and they want like, they're like, oh, I just want my lips done
and I'm like, okay, but your, but your chin, your chin's small

(19:55):
and it's like if you get biggerlips, your chin's going to look
even smaller and like, let's,let's talk about all of this,
you know.
So full face consult, superimportant, all right.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
So well, I think that's all the myths that we had
.
So I would say what advicesorry, what advice would you
give someone who's consideringBotox and fillers for the first
time and is still hesitant?
I think it's kind of touched onthat a little bit but yeah, a
little bit of advice for someonewho's maybe a little bit
nervous.
They've been thinking about itbut just don't really know what
to do, kind of first to takethat first step to get into it,

(20:28):
what would you?

Speaker 2 (20:28):
what advice would you give them?
So I'm weird to say this, but Imean I'm always going to say do
your research right, but youcan follow up.
There's people who do fillersand Botox and stuff and they do
the whole like one day after, two, day after and stuff and
like follow them and seeexpectations, you know, like
find your own, what, you're whatif.
Even if my clients come in andthey're like I just want my lips

(20:59):
done and I'm like all right,we're going to talk about
everything, you know like youwant a full face consult, a full
plan.
But I think the biggest thingyou can do and the best thing
you can do for yourself iseducate yourself, like to make
yourself feel safe before evengoing in, See what products we
carry, see the pricing.
You know, like have thatinformation before you walk in
and you can always talk to youknow friends I mean there's so

(21:19):
many people who do both talkingfillers you wouldn't even know.
But talk to people who've doneit and then come in and see me.
I love consults.
I think one thing too that areafraid of is pain, right.
So at Couture we do forinjectables with like

(21:41):
neuromodulators.
We use ice which helps likekind of soften that little pinch
the needles, the like thesmallest little baby insulin
needle.
Honestly, it's not painful, like at all, like you barely
feel a mosquito bite fillers alittle bit more.
You, it's not painful like atall, like you barely feel a
mosquito bite Fillers a littlebit more.
You know it's a bigger needleand stuff a little more involved
.
So we use numbing cream, atleast like 15 to 20 minutes

(22:03):
prior.
We use ice for injections.
So I think more so of peoplejust being like oh, I don't want
to look, I don't want it tochange my face.
I literally had that yesterday.
A client said I don't want todo too much, it's going to
change my face, and I'm likenope, it won't.
If you've done properly andplaced properly and the amount
of units, it's not going tochange your face because it's
just going to help soften themuscles.

(22:24):
But at rest, your face is goingto look the same.
Fillers, yes, I can change yourface a little bit, contour you a
little bit.
You know, know, do stuff likethat with.
But with neuromodulators itself, um, I think a big
misconception is that it's goingto change my face, it's going
to change me, and I'm like no,it's not, you're not going to be
able to make those movements asharsh and make those lines, you
know.
Yeah, so pain we?

(22:44):
I think I think we do a reallygood job and we have gotten
pretty much everything on myface injected and I think I'm a
little chicken with pain.
So I I think we make it prettybearable as far as that.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
So yeah, I would agree.
I think one of the things too, when we were talking about it
changing people saying I don'twant it to change my face, right
, I feel like I get it a lotwhen people all be like, oh you
know, I get this for it or thisor that, and they're like oh,

(23:18):
you don't look like you needthis for it.
And it's like, because I get it.
Yeah, and that's in one ofthose, you know, as far as
bringing on the preventative, yeah, it doesn't change anything
, it just again preventative.
It's going to help enhance.
Um, done again, like I said, very thought out.
Yeah, most, most people whohave any sort of injectables,
whether it's filler or botox, ifit's done, not overdone, it can
look very natural and you wouldnever even think that they
haven't done.
Yeah, everybody asked me.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
They're like oh my gosh, you look so good like
what's your secret.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
I'm like I work here and I do everything I'm telling
you to do like skincare and youknow it all, it's all, it's all
together.

Speaker 2 (23:47):
So, too, like, even with getting botox and fillers
and stuff, people do want theirface to change, they do want
those age to rewind stuff, andyou're not just going to get
that with Botox and fillers.
You know, like you need to dohomework, you need to get good
products sunscreen number one, especially in Florida.
So I think there's a lot ofthings that we just offer like
in total as a package that justwork really well together.
So I think that's important too.

(24:11):
Like you're not just going tocome in for one appointment and
get Botox and fillers and allthis stuff and like everything's
going to change Like no, so youknow, for older people who want
to like treat, it's a differentcare plan than people who are
like 20, 21,.
You know, like younger peoplewho want to prevent.
But no, it's not too early tostart and I encourage people to

(24:38):
start earlier because, like Isaid, it's so much easier to
prevent rather than treat andit's just less money in the long
run.
It's just good.
I mean also, it's just healthy, right, good skin health.
Yeah, our skin is our largestorgan.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
You got to take care of it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, I think those are all themyths that we had cleared up
all of those.
That was very insightfulinformation.
So, yeah, thanks for sharingall your knowledge on that.
Today, of course, I'm going toget your lookbook done.
It is great before and after.

(25:10):
It's on our website.
You can look and see it.

some consultations.
Any of our great providers, anyof our nurse practitioners, um,
any of our pas that are at ourconfirmations, we can give you,
you know, a full, in-depthconsultation.

other questions or anything likethat?

locations.

juvederm, restylane, sculptra, all these different products
that.
So you can go on our website, kind of look around there.

(25:53):
That website, it iswwwformedspacom, so go on there,
look around and come see us fora consultation.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
I think two people should know that there's
literally no obligation.
It's a free consult, it'sliterally a conversation.
You come in for 30, 45 minutes.
You know we do a Vizia and allthat stuff, we do skin health.
And just because I'm consultingyou and think and I say you
need x amount of units, thatdoes not mean you have to get
that amount of units.
That does not mean that's likeend all be all.

(26:22):
Like I said, I highly encourageyou to you know.
If you feel like you needdifferent opinions, that's
completely fine.
Um, but again, like you don't,I think people think like they
get the code and they get scaredor they're like oh my gosh, I
have to do all this and I'm likeno, start small.
If you literally just want totry a lip flip today, like we'll
start there.
You know, get yourselfcomfortable.
So you don't.
It's not like you know.
Yes, we do full face consult, but it's not to say you have to

(26:43):
do everything we talk about.
You know.
Like it's, it's a process.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Yeah gives a good long-term plan for someone as
well, if you really want to kindof, whether it's budget or time
or anything like that, givesthem a good yep kind of idea.
So yeah, all right well thankyou.
Thank you for all of thatinformation.
Sure, all right, we'll see youguys next time.
