Speaker 1 (00:15):
Welcome to Couture
Conversations, where beauty
becomes a lifestyle andself-care is more than a
once-in-a-while treat.
I'm your host, lindsay, andtoday we're going to be talking
about something that is changingthe way clients experience med
spas memberships.
If you've ever wished that youcould stay on track with your
journey, enjoy exclusive perksand make your beauty routine
more affordable, this is theepisode for you, and today I'm
(00:39):
joined with Rocky she is theregional manager for our Couture
MedSpa locations and we aregoing to be discussing all
things membership today, solet's just dive right into
understanding Couture'smembership models.
So first let's just talk aboutwhat are the different
memberships that Couture MedSpaoffers.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yeah.
So Couture MedSpa has a fewdifferent memberships.
So we have our growing youngmemberships, which are going to
be more based towards like lasertreatments.
So we have our enhancedmembership, which is one laser
treatment a month.
We have Enrich, which gives youtwo laser treatments a month,
and then we have our Empowermembership.
(01:17):
With that membership you geteight laser treatments of your
choice a month, a facial and aB12 injection.
With those lasers we offerfractional skin resurfacing
lasers, ipl, which is intensepulse light, laser hair removal,
tattoo removal and laser veinremoval, and then those as well.
They also get discounts withany of our memberships on Botox
(01:39):
and fillers as well.
And then we also have our bodycontouring memberships.
So with our body contouring wehave we have a few different
services.
That's included in the onemembership.
You have our vape wash, whichis fat burning, our m-sculpt,
which is muscle toning andbuilding.
We have our cryotherapy, whichis going to be for cellulite,
(02:04):
and then we have our LED lighttreatment as well, and all four
of those treatments are includedinto the body contour
membership.
Now, with the body contouring,a lot of the services can be
done weekly.
Some services, like theEmsculpt, can be done twice a
week.
So we do have clients who do domultiple memberships and stack
(02:26):
them so they can do multipleareas or do multiple treatments
in the month for whatever areathey're trying to target.
And then we also have ourweight loss.
So Kator Metswad does offerGLP-1, so semi-glutinous tricep
and tricep, and we do also offerthem in a membership base where
you are paying, you know, basically for your four shots
(02:46):
for the month and youconsistently come in every week
to get those treatments in.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Nice so yeah a lot of
different options at Couture
Makes it nice and personalized, which is good.
So let's jump in a little bitto.
You're talking about thegrowing young memberships, how
you have the three differentoptions, so focusing a lot on
the empower membership.
That one you said includes likea lot of different services.
So what would you say?
What's the value in that?
(03:13):
Not only all of the memberships, because they do hold their
value, but that empowermembership really sounds like
the clients get a lot for forwhat their membership is.
Um, so yeah, what's kind of thevalue in that Empower
membership that clients reallyget?
That's great to take advantageof.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah.
So with the Empower membership, couture prides itself in giving
clients we have top of the linelasers for a very affordable
price.
So it's $199 and you get eightlaser treatments, a facial and a
B12 injection.
It's meant to get clients tocome in and, you know,
consistently do their treatments.
(03:48):
You know, with eight lasers wehave some clients usually who
average between they do aboutfour to five lasers, some do
just one or two in their facialand you're still getting your
money's worth.
One laser treatments rangebetween three to five hundred
dollars versus with Empower, you're getting all these
services for only two hundreddollars a month.
(04:08):
Um, so it's keeping them on aconsistent schedule um where
they can come in and you knowthey can target multiple areas.
You know we have clients whostruggle with texture and um sun
damage, so they're doing ipland fractional um.
We have clients who also wantto do laser hair removal and I
would love to be hairlesseverywhere, so like I wouldn't,
(04:29):
you know.
So clients are coming in anddoing all these treatments.
We also have clients who, likewe have a lot of male clients
who come in who have lots oftattoos.
You know that they're wantingto get removed, so this gives
them the affordability of stillcoming in and getting in these
luxury treatments, um, but at anaffordable price.
Um, we also have the facialthat's included, um, which is
the couture facial.
It's our signature facial.
(04:51):
Um, it's a great facial.
It's very, you know, it's notonly like, not only you're
seeing benefits in your skin, but it's very relaxing as well.
Um, and with that we also havethat gives you an opportunity.
Um, you know, like we spokeabout in the previous episode,
like you kind of want to mix, like it's not just one thing's
going to fix it all.
You know, you, there's adifferent mixture of things
(05:12):
that's going to give you thebest result.
That's going to be skin care, that's going to be laser
treatments, that's going to beadding some injectables,
depending on what you're lookingto achieve.
Um, so I think throwing in thatcontour facial as well gives
them an opportunity to meet withthe esthetician once a month.
You know, get in to see her,get in there deeply cleanse.
There's different upgrades thatthey can do as well, like
(05:34):
hydrofacial, fire and ice skinpeels.
That's really going to elevatetheir skin journey and, again,
it's customized based on, youknow, what the client needs and
what the esthetician or providerrecommends.
So if a client's working onfractional skin texture and fine
lines and wrinkles and they goin to see their esthetician for
(05:54):
their facial she might recommendthat next time they come in and
do micro-needling.
And then we have our B12 powerinjection as well.
It just gives them a boost ofenergy.
It's once a month, but they canget it weekly if they choose to
pay additionally for that.
And then one of the greatthings about the empowerment
membership is not only is it$199, but then after your 12
(06:15):
months it does go down to $99.
So that gives the clients theopportunity to be like okay, now
I've hit I've been doing thistoo much for a year.
Now I've hit my maintenancemode, where I'm just coming in,
you know, to maintain all thehard work I've done this past
year.
So we don't want you to just goback and do nothing, because
(06:35):
then your skin's just going togo back to what it used to be um
so it definitely keeps theclients, you know, on a good
skincare regimen while alsostill being affordable.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Yeah, I think that
maintenance, like you were
talking about, is superimportant because I have seen
some clients and we've hadclients who have done their
membership.
They did their year, they leftand they come signed back up in
about a year or two and they'relike I can tell I haven't been
doing my fractionals, I can tellI haven't been getting my
facials.
So when it drops down to that$99, they're only paying $99 to
(07:07):
get most places you can't evengo get a facial for $99, let
alone, eight different laserservices.
So now, a thing I know a lot ofclients ask about too is you
know, we do a lot of things tobe able to customize treatments,
so like if someone comes in andsay they only want to focus on
laser, hair removal can they get?
Speaker 2 (07:27):
just those like just
do laser hair removal, yeah,
somebody wanted to come in anddo eight areas of laser hair
removal.
We have clients that only dolaser hair removal.
Um, that's the great thingabout the empower membership.
Is that like yes?
There are certain laserguidelines.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Like you can't do all
eight lasers on your face or
all the lasers on your underarmin one month.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Um, but we do have
clients.
You know who like that's theirmain point, and you know you go
to other um med schools andthey're charging you between
five to 10 grand to do.
You know some sessions on yourlegs when you could do the one,
99 and you can do eight.
I mean you can some sessions onyour legs when you could do the
199 and you can do eight.
I mean you can work on eightdifferent areas, um, and be
carefree.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
Yeah, I had a client
that, um, I don't know where she
was going, but she was goingsomewhere for laser hair removal
and I think she had taken outlike a loan with care credit and
was paying almost 10 grand forher laser hair removal.
And she was like I found youguys and I was like I, I can, I
can do all of these areas for mylaser hair.
(08:31):
like yeah like come on, come, get them done.
So it really does show that thevalue that goes behind these
memberships is insane.
And it's you know I can.
What's?
What's your favorite laser?
Speaker 2 (08:44):
my favorite laser was
actually the fractional laser.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
Okay, um, it's an
aggressive yeah, it's an
aggressive laser, but fractional.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
Uh, I you know I came
in, took a tour.
You know I was 19, 20 years old.
I, you know, had all thisscarring and they were like well
, fractional hope is gone.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
I was like, oh yeah
zap me.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
You know and I
remember, sarah, our
practitioner was the first oneto do my laser and after that,
like I don't even know anymore,I'm just like just zap me Like.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
this is great.
Once you see the results, you're just like this is awesome
yeah.
Mine's like mine's a toughchoice between IPL and laser
hair removal.
So obviously two very differentthings, but my whole life I was
just like if I could just getall of this gone I would be so
happy.
But the IPL has helped a tonwith like my pigmentation and my
sun spots.
So those are like my two go-to.
I don't know if people livewithout it, especially laser
(09:37):
hair removal.
It's so good.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Yeah, once you do it,
you don't have to shave.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yeah, it a little bit
scared when they hear a
membership Um, cause they'relike oh, I don't know if I want
to commit to a membership um orany things like that.
So yes, there are some thingsthat come with signing up with a
membership Um, as far as, like, there are some annual fees
associated or different um likecommitments or anything like
(10:06):
that.
So if you can kind of just gointo kind of what the
commitments are with themembership but also how those
benefits benefit the clients andit really, you know, kind of
helps hold them accountable andwhat are the benefits and the
things that are included withthat membership.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Yeah, so with our
memberships, especially like
laser and body contourmemberships, most of them have
the 12 month commitment and withthat, so we use non-ablasive
lasers, so these lasers are notblasting your face off in one
session to where, like you can'tgo out.
Because we could do a CO2 laseron you and you're out of work
(10:42):
for weeks, you know.
But these lasers are meant togive you good results gradually,
are meant to give you goodresults gradually.
Um, and that's one of thebenefits of it being a
membership is that you do haveto come in.
Like a fractional laser is doneevery four weeks, that's once a
month.
So once a month you need tocome into your fractional if
(11:03):
you're working on texture orpores.
Um, same thing with IPL ifyou're working on sun damage,
you also come in um every fourweeks for that area.
So the 12 months commitment,it's not really a commitment,
it's a.
It's an investment in yourself,to where you're committing
yourself to okay, this is whatit's going to take for me to
come in, because you coming intwo to three times, it's going
(11:26):
to get you some results, you'regoing to see some improvement in
your skin, but you're not goingto get to where you want to be.
Um, so, having that consistency, to where, like you know,
you're paying for something, you're like, okay, like I'm
coming in because I just gotcharged my membership, like I
have this membership, I need togo in and take care of myself.
I feel like it kind of pushesyou to have more of that like
also, like that commitment, um,as well, as you know, just, you
(11:49):
know, we're giving you qualitytreatment, you know, and with
safe guidelines.
You know all our providers wehave nurse practitioners, we
have PAs, who are, you know, trained in these lasers, who are
, you know, experts in thesetreatments, and they're
following these guidelines tomake sure that we're treating
you safely and effectively aswell you safely and effectively
(12:12):
as well.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Yeah, that's one of
the things that I've noticed too
.
When you're talking about liketaking that time for yourself
and making that commitment toyourself.
I know there's so many clientsthat I've heard that come in.
They're like I signed up forthis membership because I'm
making this like the start oflike the year of me.
I want to take care of what Iwant to work on my things, and
it does.
It holds you accountablebecause I know there's to work
on my things and it does.
(12:32):
It holds you accountablebecause I know there's.
There's so many people outthere, whether it's busy working
or busy working and being a mom, or being a mom or all of these
different things that cause usto be like I don't have time for
myself.
I don't need to take the timefor myself.
I got to take care of theseother things.
When you have that, thatcommitment to that membership,
it is it's making a commitmentto yourself to be like I'm gonna
(12:53):
do this for me, I'm gonna takecare of me, I'm gonna use this
time for myself.
So it goes back to just whatyou were saying that it helps
hold you accountable as well.
Absolutely so perfect.
So the okay.
So those were the growing youngmemberships that we talked
about.
So those are all the differentkind of like facial treatments,
laser services, everything likethat.
Um, so you also mentioned bodycontouring.
(13:15):
So what's let's go into alittle bit of the body
contouring membership, what's?
What's all included in that?
Yeah, so with that one um.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
You get the vape
course, which is fat burning,
you get the um m2, which ismuscle toning and building.
You get, uh, the cryotherapy, which is for cellulite, and then
you have the LED light therapy.
With those again with the bodycontour membership.
That's like a stackablemembership, right?
So we have a lot of clients who, yes, if you're coming in and
(13:44):
you are really fit, like we havesome bodybuilders who just like
to come in and do EMPL formuscle toning, to kind of give
them that extra room, if youcome in once a month, you'll see
some result.
Um, if you're somebody who'sreally looking like for a
lifestyle change, who's reallylooking for a drastic difference
, usually we recommend thatvanquish um, and that's what we
done once a week.
So a lot of our most of ourclients get four memberships um
(14:06):
to do and that's if they want todo one area.
So if they want to do one areaum, they're coming in four times
a month for that area.
I have a client who has eightmemberships because she comes in
and does her abdomen and herglutes um, and when you think
like, oh my gosh, fourmemberships or even eight
memberships, like that's a lotof memberships, it's really not.
(14:26):
You know, when you um an absculpt um, which is probably
like our most like popular inthe package right now, um Most
places it ranges from onetreatment between like seven
hundred eight hundred dollars.
We actually had a couple fromLA who used to fly in.
They had a membership to fly inonce a week and do an emsculpt
(14:49):
treatment with us because it wasso much cheaper.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
Cheaper to fly.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
You can get four
memberships.
You can get eight membershipsfor the price of one M-Sculpt,
you know yeah, so it's a great.
You know it's giving you all.
It's giving you the fat burning, it's giving you the cellulite
treatment, it's giving you theskin tightening and it's giving
you the muscle toning andbuilding um.
So it's not just targeting onespecific thing, but I think I
feel like sometimes some medsballs like, are targeting like
(15:16):
just fat burning or like, oh,here, tone your muscles or
tighten your skin.
But I feel like this carpackage, you know, for $99 a
month, I mean you can't beat it.
You're getting, yeah,everything.
You're getting all thecomponents that you're looking
for when you're wanting tobetter your appearance.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
Yeah, no, that's, I
think too, with the having all
four of those services in there.
Like you said, you're kind oftargeting so many different
things.
So even if you have, like Iknow we have one client um,
she's like super, super, likethin, so she doesn't really use
Vanquish um, but she usesmsculpt, and then she is a mom so she
(15:54):
has some of the laxity issues inthe abdomen area, so she's been
doing cryo and LED will helpwith that.
So again, all just going backto us being able to customize
those for those clients when youmight not need every single
thing, that's in those packages.
But, like you were saying, howmuch is one Emsculpt?
$700.
(16:15):
$700.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
That's the low end,
yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:19):
So you know, you can
come get one treatment of those
and you're still saving a ton ofmoney, right?
So I think that's really coolthat you can definitely
customize, kind of what theywant to do and what they want to
work on, absolutely.
All right, so there's that one.
So the last one that we have isour weight loss membership.
Right, yeah, weight loss.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
So we have our GLP-1,
so my blue tie-in tri-zep-tie,
and that membership is actuallynot a 12-month commitment.
That membership is month tomonth because everyone's weight
loss journey is different.
Some people lose it really fast,or some people stay a little
bit longer so you're notcommitted to that, but it's a
(16:59):
monthly and with that membership, the providers guiding you
through, you're seeing our nursepractitioner, you're seeing our
physician's assistants, you'reseeing the weekly.
You're not just logging in on acomputer and getting a
prescription sent to your house.
You know you're actually seeingthese professionals and they're
giving you, they're guiding youum, so, um, it's a weekly um
(17:23):
injection.
So the membership you'rebasically paid.
Um, it is cheaper for you topay for the membership and get
four shots, then pay for anindividual shot, so you're
saving money there as well.
As we offer different add-onsfor the weight loss membership.
So we love that.
You, what clients do weightloss when they pair it with our
(17:45):
body contouring membership orbody contouring services,
because, again, yes, you'relosing the weight, but, like,
are you muscle toning, are you,uh, skin tightening?
You know those are all concernsthat you, that you have during
your weight loss journey.
Like, we have these othermemberships and these other
services that go well and careabout them as well.
Um, so with that membership, um, it's very.
(18:08):
You know everybody's on adifferent um journey, um, but
then that is the one membership.
That's not a 12 monthscommitment.
Okay, Nice, so yeah, a lot of, alot of different things out
there.
Yes, okay.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
Do you have a lot of?
I know we do um at the locationthat I'm normally at, that I
noticed.
But do you find a lot of peopletend to do like multiples of
the memberships, like an Empowerand a weight loss?
Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah.
So when clients come in fortheir consultation, I think a
lot of times like come in andthey're like, oh, this is what
I'm looking for, or like theythink that this is what they're
looking for.
And then they come in and theysee all the services that we
have to offer and they're like,oh well, this also bothers me.
And we're like, oh okay, so Ican lose weight, but like, I'm
really worried about like, nothaving, like losing all my
(18:56):
muscle and like or like my skintexture, like.
So we have so many clients whohave multiple memberships you
know that's the Empowermembership because they want to
do laser treatments and facials.
And they come in for bodycontour, you know, for fat loss
and muscle building and skintightening, and then they that's
(19:16):
, you know they want extra, sothey also sign up for the weight
loss membership.
Um, so we have lots of clientsand we have some that do like
empowering weight loss, or, youknow, body contour and weight
loss, like there's so manydifferent combinations and
because these memberships are soaffordable, like, why not do
all these treatments?
you know, like you know, likeyou said, you know we have
clients who come in and they'repaying.
You know they're having tofinance their laser hair removal
(19:38):
, when you could literally doall the memberships, all the
treatments that we offer, andit'd be pathological yeah, still
path Still saving so much money?
Speaker 1 (19:47):
Yeah, yeah, I think
too.
One thing I think people getand tell me if you think I'm
wrong I think some people getalso nervous about the thought
of like a membership and at thepricing that we have.
Um, is they think that like oh,it must not be as good, they
must not use as good of likeproducts or technology or
(20:09):
whatever it may be.
You know, I think, yeah, somepeople get turned off by the
thought of that and they're like, oh well, how is it at this
price?
Or why is it this?
You know it might be.
Do you ever feel like you getclients that are kind of come in
at first like oh and then theysee like what we offer?
Speaker 2 (20:29):
Yeah, I think we
definitely get a lot of clients
who like, come in and they'rekind of like skeptical, um, and
I think that's also kind of likethe great part of like what
makes the tour different is thatone, when you go into our
consultation, you go in as afirst-time client, like we're
doing a busy skin analysis.
I'm showing you the spa, likewe're going on a tour.
I'm showing you the rooms.
You're meeting with ourprovider.
(20:50):
You're meeting with our clientcare coordinators, like there's
nothing to hire, like you'remeeting the whole team.
And then these treatments, Imean the, I mean we're going, I
can show you the lasers.
I mean these are top of theline lasers.
Um, that I'll share a personalexperience where my mom was a
member with us.
She had an empire membership.
(21:11):
She loved her membership andshe's telling her sister about
it and her sister's like oh, Ihave all these sun damages, like
all this sun damage on my face, like you know from, like when
we were 10, when we were young, and she's like oh, you have to
come to Couture.
Like she's like go, she didn'twant to sign up for the
membership.
She went and went to anothermed school in the area and they
(21:36):
charged her $500 for an IPLtreatment Because they didn't do
membership, so it was just outof pocket, yeah.
And she was very like, not happy.
She was like I mean I saw likethe coffee grounds scamming but
I still have all this thing.
And I saw like the coffeegrounds got me best will have
all this thing.
And I'm like like where'd yougo?
So I'm looking up this next box, I'm being nosy and I'm looking
(21:56):
and they use the same laserthat we use.
So I told her I was like I was, like you could, you could sign
up for our hands.
Memberships $99 a month, just ifyou just wanted to try it out,
do the one laser treatment.
I was like and you would havegotten five treatments for the
price that you got somewhereelse for one treatment.
I was like we're not trying toscam you, we're not trying to
(22:19):
like lock you into something,it's just we're, that's just
couture, like we can offer youthese treatments for for way
cheaper than these other places.
I'm like.
I was like if they I'm likethey told you you need multiple
treatments, so yeah, okay, solet's say you do four treatments
, that's two thousand dollars,right there, right, and that's
(22:39):
your whole year's worth ofmembership with us.
And they use the same exactlaser.
I was like I literally took apicture of our laser.
I was like look it's the sameone.
It wasn laser.
I was like, look, it's the sameone, it wasn't the same.
So I just think it's crazy.
I do think people have thatlike they're skeptical about it.
And you know we use, you knowthere's top-of-the-line services
(23:01):
.
You know our injectors are, youknow, highly trained, highly.
You know training lasersinjectables.
Like every service that weoffer.
You know they go throughmassive trainings.
Like we invest in them so thatthey can provide the best
services for our clients andlike our memberships are just
allowing our clients to be ableto come in and use these
treatments on an affordable rate.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Yeah, and I think
that really shows because I, I
mean honestly, I I think aboutmyself and I look at you know, I
love my job, I have a great job, I, you know, work hard.
Half of the prices, all of theprices at all of these other
places.
I wouldn't be able to get thoseservices done or I wouldn't
(23:40):
want to spend the money ongetting those services done
insanely priced and to be ableto offer something to average
people who you know, or aboveaverage, whatever you may
consider yourself, but anyoneout there who's wanting to get
these services done.
Yes, we use the same lasers asa lot of these other med spas
(24:03):
around there.
We have the name, we have skinpen, we use botox, we use this
part, we use everything that'sout there, all these others spas
.
But to be able to offer that ata rate that people feel
comfortable and feel like theycan only do one treatment, when
they're being told they have todo multiple but they can only
afford to do one, we want to beable to know that we can offer
(24:25):
the best outcome and to peoplewho think that you know they
maybe couldn't afford itsomewhere else, to be able to
give that to someone I think isreally important.
I've had so many clients thathave shared their just
experiences of either they'vegone somewhere else and, yeah,
it was just too much and theycouldn't afford to do it, or
(24:45):
they didn't even look intogetting treatments done because
they know the industry averageprice of getting these
treatments done is justastronomical to where they're
like, I'm not even gonna lookinto it because why I can't
afford it.
And now they've been membersfor four, five years.
I mean I've had some peopleI've been with Couture for
almost eight years that havebeen clients the entire time
(25:06):
that I've been there.
Because they see results, they're getting these results,
they want to maintain thoseresults and it's not breaking
the bank on their bank account.
They're not having to, you know, take out a loan to go get
stuff done that they can come in, they can do it, they can see
results, they can continue to doit and not feel like it's put a
hindering on oh, I can't buythis this month because I have
(25:28):
to go get my laser treatmentdone.
Um, so I do really think thatthose, those membership models
make it to where you can'tinvest in yourself.
Yeah, I think affordabilitycreates consistency.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Yes, um, because if
you're telling me I have to save
up to do one laser treatment, like I'm not going to want to
keep doing that, versus yeah, like it's affordable.
Like with weight loss.
Like before we brought outweight loss, I was doing it
somewhere else and like I wasvery consistent because I'm like
well, it's kind of hard to payall this money.
And then we brought it on andit's like it's so affordable,
(26:01):
it's like I can consistently doit.
I can get the results that Iwant to achieve and come in
consistently because I canafford it and I'm not, like you
said, breaking the bank?
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Do I buy groceries?
Do I wear my?
Speaker 2 (26:16):
laser hair down.
Do I eat or do I have hairlesslegs?
Speaker 1 (26:19):
Yeah, I'll take the
hairless legs.
I'll start with that.
Yeah, don't worry.
I'll be skinny and hairless, sowe're good.
Yeah, I think it all goes backgoes back to again.
People do sometimes get scaredof the idea of, oh, I have to
have a membership, um, but again, even like you said, after that
, you know year-long commitmentfor the empower membership.
(26:40):
It goes down to 99, but it alsogoes month to month.
So if something does come upand you're like I, I really need
to stop these services.
It's not like you're locked infor 10 years and you can like I
really need to stop theseservices.
It's not like you're locked infor 10 years and you can't get
out, or it's this big hoop.
We do understand things happenand you need to leave.
But I will say a large majorityof clients, I feel, make their
way back to us.
Or, same thing, they've gonesomewhere else for a little bit
(27:03):
and either didn't get thedesired results they were
looking for or they realized Ireally am paying too much at
this other place.
But the concept of a membershipreally is a benefit to the
client.
It holds you accountable toyourself to make these changes.
Obviously, you're coming inhere for a reason you're wanting
to change something, you'rewanting to do something for
(27:24):
yourself.
If you have that membership,it's going to make you.
Do you do it?
Yeah, all right.
Well, that was a lot ofinformation, got a lot of good,
good stuff on there.
We do have all of thatinformation on our website as
well.
Again, we always do freeconsultation, so feel free to
(27:45):
come on in schedule consultation.
Like Rocky said, we will showyou our facility.
We'll show you all the laserswe use, all the technology we
use.
Talk with our providers and getinto detail, learn anything you
want to know before signing upwith us.
But, um, yeah, so whetheryou're starting your skincare
journey or you're looking tocontinue your skincare journey

yourself so you can link us inour bio for our website, or you
