In this episode, we are deep diving into the idea of "comparison syndrome". Whenever we pick up our phone, the first thing we get exposed to is thousands of notifications about how others are doing from your social media apps. As the screen time numbers never goes down, the time we devoted to browsing other's life through various social media apps is concerning.
