In this podcast we get into some personal experiences which have shaped Marissa's life to this point. how she is addressing them head on to overcome them through therapy, self reflection and her faith. For those listening, that have chosen to do the work understand that self work is not easy and is a big reason why most people choose not to do it. The work never ends and may cause many realizations of ones self that can be very difficult but this necessary to reap the benefits that come with it.
