foundation around the crawlspace.
We will remove the oldwaterproofing pipe, dig down to

the outside of the footer andinstall new exterior
waterproofing systems to makesure all of this water,
including the downspoutextensions, are draining far
away from your foundation, ofcourse.
Step two is the interiorwaterproofing system, again
using the Hydraway waterproofingsystem around the entire
perimeter of the inside of thecrawl space that leads to our

This way, if the water comes in, we've got a way for it to be
removed efficiently andeffectively without floating the
plastic.
Speaking of the plastic, we'regoing to encapsulate the crawl
space.
We're going to attach theplastic to the foundation walls,
to the pillars of the crawlspace, overlap and tape them
properly with mechanicalfasteners versus just adhesives,

as is mentioned by code.
And lastly, is that humiditycontrol?
We've got to control humidity,and a vapor barrier alone cannot
do that.
