The Chase

Do you ever find yourself "chasing" a past feeling or experience in your life? Throughout life, many of us experience very high highs and very low lows. Sometimes the experiences that we go through earlier in life or in a previous season of life set a tone for future or current events. Oftentimes we find ourselves sucked into "the chase" of a feeling or emotion we felt in the past. Maybe it is love, joy, happiness, success, etc. When we experience something for the first time it can get put on a pedestal and almost turn into the marker that we are trying to chase throughout life.
